Murphys Del Mar - Remodeled, Walk to Main St.

Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

Designers retreat in Arnold, close to the popular Blue Lake Springs Pool and private lakes. Snowflake lodge, which is located beneath the house across the street, has many amenities as well as playground for children, restaurant, bocce ball, ping pong, beach volley ball, tennis courts, basketball courts, gym etc... Sleepy Bear Chalet is an upscale getaway. Located in the highly desirable vacation community of Lakemont Pines. Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.

Spacious Home with Three Decks Near Yosemite

No Cleaning Fee! Egret's Landing, located on a quarter acre in the Pine Mountain Lake community near Yosemite, is a beautiful, clean, well stocked split-level home. This home suffered a house fire in November of 2018 and was fully rebuilt with new construction on the interior in December 2020. We tried to think of everything. to make your stay incredible. We installed a generator, which starts automatically and it even powers the hot tub! We can't wait to host you!

Family- and dog-friendly "Sweet Retreat" at 5000 feet on 1.3 acres with plush movie theater, pool & ping pong table. 8 minutes to the Stanislaus River (swimming holes!) and Big Trees Park. Summer: Bocce, Pickle Ball, and Frisbee/Disc Golf course are -a 2 minute walk through the 1 acre back yard. Remote feel yet minutes to groceries and restaurants. Summer pool privileges included until Labor Day. Near Arnold, In between Murphys and Bear Valley.

Great Location and LAKE MEMBER. 0.3 mile hilly walk to restaurant, bars, and recreation. And use of Twain Harte Lake Membership (seasonally). This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath updated cabin gives the cabin feel you're looking for without sacrificing amenities. This is a family cabin with family amenities such as toys and books and play equipment in the fenced yard.
