Apartment holiday rentals in Colico

My husband and I stayed at Federica’s place, and it was perfect. The views were absolutely stunning from every window, the location couldn’t have been better, and the home itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lake Como.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Niky was a wonderful host, always responsive and her place was fantastic. As described, peaceful, private, there others staying in her other apartment but we didn't notice them once, only their car. The views are amazing, even on a rainy day sitting on the covered terrace watching the lake and clouds come and go. The location is as described, you need a car but it's an easy enough drive anywhere you want to go, we had a big Jeep Compass and the winding roads were fine. Also travelling with a baby, the apartment is perfect, Niky provided all we needed and the terrace is a lovely place to eat some dinner once she was down. Highly recommend for something away from the crowds of the central towns on the lake.

We had an amazing stay. It could not have been a better location. Jenny and Nico were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Excellent stay in Vercana, I strongly recommend. Everything was perfect!

The Airbnb is terrific. Just as described in the photos. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is comfortable. Living room with kitchen very well equipped and the outdoor seating area nice and sunny. Bathroom with good shower and separate toilet. The garden and pool are wonderful. You have a lot of privacy. Parking is available. The hosts are extremely warm and yet withdrawn. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. It is a gem and highly recommended. We would come back here any time.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Everyone needs to experience staying here! The views are breathtaking! We spent so much time sitting on the terrazzo, relaxing looking out at Lake Como, the mountains and over Lezzqnno. The apartment has everything you need and is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Livia is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. She goes out of her way to help you with anything you may need. Mille grazie Livia - we hope to see you again for a longer stay.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Excellent location, less than 5min away from the lake! There is also a fantastic restaurant next door with great local cuisine. The whole area is surrounded by nature. Easy to reach the town of Colico by car for any shops. The host was very helpful and friendly, also flexible and accommodating. Good option for a quick getaway in the area, or even a longer stay, since the accommodation also has fridge, cooktop, etc.

Amazing place directly on Lake Como. Fit for a King and Queen. Everything was perfect. Nice touches throughout to make it a 5-Star experience. Good communication. Very responsive. The place is simply amazing! The view is beautiful,

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!

The apartment is nice, clean. The decor is of good quality. The apartment is pleasantly cool even without the use of air conditioning. There is a lockable garage.

We enjoyed the stay very much and were able to relax superbly in the very nicely maintained accommodation including hotpot in the quiet and dreamy surroundings. Many thanks to the very friendly hosts🤗

Marcos place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is close to a few restaurant and everything is walkable. There are several hikes in the area too. Marco was very responsive and friendly.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Emanuele’s place has spectacular views of the lake (big windows in the spacious living room!), and an incredible location. Peaceful, serene, clean and quiet place. The restaurant next-door is fantastic. We had dinner there 2 nights. And there’s even a fun good little coffee shop. that’s just a short five minute walk. The host was responsive and Sarah was great to communicate with. One suggestion: there are no markets in the area except a Mini Mart. Suggest you buy what you need before you arrive to this gorgeous place.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Thanks again!
