Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Amplia y elegante, decoración cuidada y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda e inolvidable con familia o amigos. Estar alejada del núcleo urbano, garantiza tranquilidad y privacidad. Recomendamos disponer de vehículo para desplazarse, incluso acceder al punto de recogida de basura.

A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.
