Monthly Rentals in Colington Island

We really loved how welcoming and accommodating they were. Tiffany and her husband were both pleasant people to talk to, and really helpful when we had questions or needed something. We would definitely stay here again!!!

I am extremely grateful for the hospitality shown to me. My daughter and I ran into issues with our planned accommodations for our group OBX trip. I requested booking for several places in a panic and none could actually accommodate us. I found Gia’s place and while it was slightly more expensive than the other places I had requested, I had the option to immediately book, without a request. She reached out to me immediately and I was able to explain my situation and check in within the hour. Her place was perfect for what we needed. I was an emotional mess due to the accommodation debacle but she saved the day. We only used her space as sleeping quarters as were technically were with a group and had planned activities but she made sure that we knew about the fun things we could do in the area. THANK YOU 🙏

The AirBNB was very cozy, just enough for what you need. Just needed somewhere clean and nice to lay my head after I was done being out all day

We really like this house and it is a quick drive to beach access. Quiet neighborhood, kids road the bikes provided to Wright brothers memorial, peaceful area for a run and could see the sound side during our run. Enjoyed the backyard fire pit. Living room area was very comfortable. Loved the porch for relaxing. The only downside was the beds are very noisy. I think the box springs are the only problem. But this didn’t ruin our time. We really liked it is pet friendly. And that linens and towels were provided. The kitchen is very well stocked and Food lion was right down the road for groceries. We would definitely stay here again.
