Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

A residential development with a swimming pool. It has a large Día supermarket in the same development. Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two 90 cm beds (pull-out bed), full bathroom and toilet. A large and bright living-dining room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa. It's on the third floor without an elevator.

La casita está dentro de nuestro jardín, pero es totalmente independiente. La parcela tiene vistas directas al Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de belleza espectacular. Está a 5 minutos en coche de La Pedriza,a 20 min del Puerto de Navacerrada y a 35 min de Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

La piscina es súper refrescante durante estos meses y tiene iluminación nocturna para que puedas disfrutar de un baño bajo las estrellas.
