Everything is perfect because it fits what I was looking for and the price. You're in the center of everything so you don't have to move your car for a reasonable price. There is a lot of free parking and no blue area 🥰 The apartment is decorated and furnished with a modern and cozy decoration. I am a "crazy" of the mecedoras and my surprise was when I found one in the room 😍

Marta's house has a perfect location to get to know Ribadesella and all of Asturias. The beds are comfortable and the living room and kitchen is spacious. It has a separate living room where you can relax and a back garden to enjoy the summer evenings. The village is really quiet. At night you can't hear anything at all. The quality/price ratio of the house is correct.

Recently renovated, comfortable and clean accommodation. Central and very well communicated. Commercial environment with daytime activity, quiet at night. Alba is very attentive and everything is easy, both check-in and when leaving the apartment. Quick to respond and friendly. We followed his recommendations to the letter and everything was perfect. As it is a pedestrian area, you can park nearby both on the quay and on the upper ring road. It does not have an elevator. Full linens. There is no dishwasher. The house was just perfect. In a green, peaceful location but at the same time close to the town of Ribadesella and a good base to explore west (Gijón, Oviedo), south (Cangas de Onis, Picos) and east (San Vicente, Comillas). We spent all our evenings outside. Juan Manuel was a great host, very responsive. He awaited us right on time at the designated meeting point. Although the last 100 metres of the entry way to the house seemed challenging at first, it was fine once we got used to it. If anything, it would have been good to have a dishwasher and a few more cups and glasses, but that is all really. It was really a great place to stay
