It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. This quiet neighborhood is a 15 minute drive to Summerville, 50 minutes to historic Charleston, and 50 minutes Folley beach. The barn is well equipped for longer stays and boasts sleeping for up to 7. 1 King bed, 2 queens and a rollout bed. This is new construction in 2024 and is very comfortable.

Visit Historic Beaufort, Hunting Island, Town of Port Royal, and Parris Island MCRD - they are all close by!

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
