Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Cute Detached Guest House. No smokers or pets.

🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. Due to allergies, we do not permit pets of any size or kind. This listing is for the detached guesthouse only, the main house is a separate rental. 3/26: There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.

Completely remodeled second floor carriage house. All new kitchen and bath. Easy walk into historic downtown. Plenty of room to spread out. And, if you must, even space to do a little work. Less than a half mile to the Spanish Moss Trail in one direction and under a mile into our historic downtown.
