Beachfront holiday rental in Colleton County

Patty was always quick to respond and even let us know that the house was ready early. We loved the peace and quiet. The walk to the beach was closer than expected 2 blocks away. We saw the bicycles toward the end of our trip and enjoyed riding around. (Big selection of bikes). We definitely want to come again. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!!

Beautiful beach house! Layout was amazing! We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the yard downstairs. Loved having the bike path in our backyard.

This home feels welcoming and cared-for. The condo is lovely and well-equipped. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is an easy walk, as are the fitness room, tennis courts, and beach. It is on the 3rd floor and a short flight of stairs must be navigated to reach the elevator.

Outstanding. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious with great outdoor areas to enjoy. The photos match up perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t use everything available to us but loved to dock and the porches and decks. We enjoyed the area very much and would definitely book this AirBNB again. The owners are very responsive and want you to enjoy the stay. We appreciated the use of the elevator in the home for luggage and our dog’s crate—made it so easy to get settled.

What a fun little home! Great outdoor spaces! The space is small but everything is thoughtfully laid out and does not feel crammed at all. Our trip was 3 adults and very active 4 year old and we had a great time! Jeana was super responsive and had great communication the whole time. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach gear was definitely an added bonus!

edisto beach was great and low key like I hoped. sawyerbean was a wonderful place and me and my wife loved it. comfy beds and very clean. well furnished with games and other amenities you would enjoy.

Beautifully decorated. Clean. The bed is comfortable. Decorated nicely. Keyless entry so no worries about keeping up with the key. Short walk to the beach and very close to pool. We saw many turtle nests during our stay and attended Turtle Talk, an info session on turtles on the community grounds. Crystal was accommodating and very helpful throughout my stay. She was quick to reply to my questions and had great suggestions on things to see in the area. So glad we chose this place! I had zero complaints throughout my stay!

One of the best rental experiences we have had. Such a beautiful home and nice community everyone was so friendly . The pool was a great way to end the day after walking up and down the beach. So much wildlife to see. Thank you for sharing you're home with us.

We enjoyed our trip here. Everything was as described. The weather wasn't ideal but we made the best of it. The beach here is different than any beach I've ever been to. The tides go out really far. We were able to watch the dolphins with a few doing some jumps on occasion. The wild life really is amazing. We used the park pass for Hunting Island multiple times. Hunting Island was great. The ocean there has better waves for boogie boarding. Stephen was very good at communicating and an excellent host.

My daughters amd I had a wonderful vacation. Amber helped us so quickly as we were new to the process of Airbnb rentals and nervous!! The location felt peaceful and safe. She assisted us quickly with kindness which we appreciate so much!! This is a lovely rental for family or anyone searching for a great vacation spot!

We stayed in Nadine’s condo for a short period of time to attend our family reunion on the island! We loved the beach access, big back deck, and the condo’s pool close by. We didn’t stay much in the condo except for eating lunch and sleeping, but it was perfect for the two of us. The bed is a little too soft for me, but it was OK for the short stay. We really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom because that morning sun is bright! Thanks again, Nadine for a great stay and providing little “goodie bags” with essentials! We will definitely stay again!

This was more than an enjoyable trip. My wife and I have 5 children and needless to say this was a much needed getaway for everyone. My wife said several times over that this was her favorite trip yet and is already wanting to set another date for a trip back.

I was the former owner of this rental. Rebekah has made some wonderful changes & upgrades! I felt right at home & it brought back some sweet memories. Rebekah was so kind & responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay tremendously & will certainly request this property again in the future!

The home was very easy to find. Right on the water. Beautiful ocean views from practically every window. Peaceful, serene setting. Private access to a white sandy beach just steps away. The home was spotless, match the pictures perfectly, and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to and there were no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen and amenities were fantastic. Bedding and towels were lovely. And the standout feature was the large, gorgeous deck Looking right out onto the sound. The other residents were friendly enough and we enjoyed walking on the beach several times a day. Please note that it is not a curated beach and has a lot of sharp seashells both on the beach and in the shallows underwater. I recommend some type of beach or surf shoe. But the spot could not have been more beautiful or peaceful.

We had a great stay at Chris’s condo in Edisto! Chris was great at communicating details and even reached out directly when we ran into a hiccup with check-in (which was on the resort and not on him). We would recommend Chris’s place and stay here again!

Great spot for relaxing getaway. The beach is great for walking, especially at low tide! Not a great beach for swimming only because I like to see the bottom and you can’t see the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful dunes and marked turtle nesting sites. The pool is wonderful and relaxing. We really appreciate the quiet time after 10:00 pm so you don’t hear a bunch of partying. It’s a family resort and we had a great three days! The condo was nice but needs a little TLC of bathroom mirrors, light switches in the kitchen and dining room. Overall was a nice rental!

This property was beautiful! We had a great time and loved the surrounding area. Almost everything to do was walkable/bike-able. The property at the resort was amazing. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!
