wonderful stay. centrally located for the invasion beaches. pictures don't do this place justice. absolutely great spot. communication was great. fast and informative. we would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Chantal et Jean Charle. Leur accueil chaleureux nous a fait nous sentir immédiatement bien.Le logement, spacieux et d’une propreté irréprochable, est parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre calme. Sa localisation est idéale pour explorer la région, avec des restaurants à proximité, notamment à Arromanches-sur-Mer et à Bayeux, à seulement 5 km. Chaque matin, Chantal et Jean Charle nous ont préparé un délicieux petit déjeuner, mettant en avant des produits frais, accompagnés d’un excellent gâteau fait maison. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur générosité et pour avoir rendu notre séjour si mémorable!

Ideal spot for anyone visiting Normandy for the D Day beaches and Museums. Super friendly town people very welcoming and the entertainment laid on for the D Day weekend was top notch. Lion Sur Mer is a super place as is Elsa’s “Villa Gidel”

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

This was my third time at Emmanuel and Beatrice’s place. They have always been very kind to deal with and they strive to make my experience there better! They always respond to questions or concerns immediately and they were very understanding when a family health situation came up! I look forward to many more trips to their place with D-Day Patrons. Morgane and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They offered to store our luggage for us when we were in town early (although this wasn't necessary because it's a very safe town). Great place for everything D-Day!

We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

Un logement pratique, bien équipé et à la décoration sobre, idéalement situé sur le port de Grandcamp, dans une résidence parfaitement sécurisée. Tout est accessible à pied, les restaurants, les commerces et la plage...

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und zwei Hunden eine Woche bei Sophie. Es war wundervoll! Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert und wir haben uns alle sofort wir zu Hause gefühlt. Es war mehr als genug Platz für alle und vor allem auch abends zum gemeinsamen Zusammensitzen auf den gemütlichen Sofas. Der eingezäunte Garten war super für die Hunde und für unsere Kinder bot er genug Platz, um jeden Nachmittag ausführlich Verstecken zu spielen. Dazu noch der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Einfach perfekt, danke Sophie!

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Charlotte and Christophe are truly wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their home is a hidden paradise nestled in the hills of Picauville: peaceful, serene, with breathtaking views and a beautifully maintained property. Das Haus direkt am Meer was überwältigigend schön. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche Sehr gut ausgestattet von A wie Austernbrecher bis Z wie Zitronenpresse ,alles da um ausgiebig zu Kochen. Internet super schnell ! Es wurde an genügend Steckdosen und Leisten gedacht um elektronische Geräte bequem zu laden. Der Pelletofen ist leicht zu bedienen und bringt eine behagliche Atmosphäre, wenn es draußen stürmt und kalt ist. Die Umgebung ganz wunderbar zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Kleiner Supermarkt in Quinéville. Weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Quettehou ( auch prima Bioladen !) Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Fidèle a la description du logement nous avons passé 2jours a nous ressourcer avec la nature et nos amis les animaux ( cygnes; ragondins ) que l'ont a pu observer au calme avec les jumelles mise a disposition . nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine. merci a vous

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

The apartment is really nice, it looks even better in reality than on the pictures. There is completely privacy, calm and great swing net to relax in the garden. Morgane is the best host, both of them with her husband. They are very heart welcoming, friendly, helpful and reply very quickly. Morgane even cooked a meal for my arrival because she knew I was driving the whole day. I have enjoyed my stay a lot and I highly recommend this accomodation. Thank you very much 🙂

Cadre idyllique 🤩un séjour plus que reposant. C’est vert, c’est calme, c’est le lieu rêvé pour déconnecter… Un régal de sillonner ces petites routes de campagne en vélo. Logement conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. À conseiller 👍

This is a great property. It’s one block off of Omaha Beach. It has a theater with large large screen if you want to review your videos or watch a movie it is more than life-size. The kitchen is great. You can’t get a better full oven large refrigerator, great cooktop and all the utensils are there. If you are there on market day, they have cheese, shops, meat, shops, pastry, shops, bakers, and fresh produce right out your door that’s to mention a fish market with fresh shellfish., lobsters in local fish. I would like to thank Christopher for being a wonderful host.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes AirBnB perfekt zwischen Port-en-Bessin und Bayeux gelegen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine super Urlaubswoche inklusive Sonnenbrand (im Juni 😉). Dem Hund hat die Normandie ebenso gut gefallen🇫🇷☺️.
