Holiday rentals with a kayak in Collier County

Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

I often give Airbnb hosts positive reviews, but this place really was wonderful. We needed to visit family in the area, so it met our specific needs well, but anyone would enjoy this place. It has a lovely pool (screened in to keep away bugs), is a fun bike ride away from the beach, and close to downtown Bonita springs and near lovely Naples. We want to come back next year!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order, and we didn’t encounter a single issue during our weekend stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend! Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

Had a great stay! The property was as advertised, clean, well stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, etc. Decent gas grill, dock space was nice to use with my own boat. In a great area, from the dock it is a 10 minute ride out to the main channel and northern reach of 10,000 islands. Everything is walking distance, Stans, Little Bar, etc. I will definitely be staying here again.

House is very nice, has pretty much everything you would need and good quality. Great location super quiet area and located perfectly on island. 100% recommend this house. Rob the owner is very fast to reply. I have to say one of the best things at the house is a refrigerator in the garage, we never had to jam kitchen frig with beer & water etc. We have a lot of years experience on Marco and this house will be our first choice next year.

We had a wonderful time! Our favorite part was the backyard oasis. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming. It was in an excellent location- 5 minute drive to the beach and about 20 mins to 5th Ave and Tin City. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thanks to the wonderful hosts for all they provided!

Great trip for my son and I to get some sun, fishing, and R & R. Amanda and her husband were great. The docks worked great for my son for fishing and the bikes were awesome!

We had an amazing week at Mona’s Enchanted Cottage! Enchanted we were! Mona is so friendly and communicative, offering tons of great local recommendations. The cottage is cozy, clean, private, and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking—fed turtles, saw manatees swim by, birds, and even an owl! A few small gators kept their distance but not curious enough to bother. Fishing from the dock was fantastic—I caught 25+ fish across 5 different species. There’s definitely more than you can count though. The bait shop with the funny name further down the road had the best bait and tips. The hot tub spa is the super nice kind. We grilled dinner most nights and had no issues with the internet to stream shows when it rained. The town is small and cute. You can definitely find a place to listen to live music every night. Our dog adored the doggy beach, and Barefoot Beach was super close with easy parking at 10 AM. We didn’t want to leave, 10/10—already planning to come back!

Always a great time staying with Amanda! We haul our jetski from Virginia and explore the 10 Thousand Islands! We are able to use the dock on the property which is an added bonus! We have stayed with Amanda twice and look forward to more vacations at their property! The accommodations are always very clean! I love having a washer and dryer available! Amanda and her husband are very personable! We enjoy staying at their property!

What a lovely home and location! Well apportioned and clean! Very nicely updated, plenty of living space. Beds were lovely, internet fast, overall just awesome! Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s place. It met our needs adequately. Very quiet. It is one of the less expensive places in the area. For the size of the unit it would be beneficial that it was less per night, however, it is waterfront property. Appreciate that it had bikes and a kayak but we didn’t have time to use them. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the water.

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

This was great for a long weekend. It was set up as two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, was very close to restaurants and had a great porch to sit and relax while watching boats go down the canal. The host responded quickly with any questions that I had and was very easy to communicate with.
