Amenities fee $ 150 per stay include: 16 Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball, Bacci Ball Court, 2 Heated Pools & Jacuzzi, Gym, sauna. Poolside Restaurant, Playground, Basketball Court, & bike-walking paths. Not a suitable place for events or parties. It's a very strict condo association, more suited to relaxing and enjoying the resort like facilities.
