Waterfront holiday rentals in Collier County

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

Sylvia’s home was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Ingrid was a great host. She answered all questions promptly and helped solve issues immediately. The property was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We loved this unit. This is our second trip to this complex. We love it because it is so close to beach. This unit is very well upgraded and we found it to be very clean during our trip. Julio was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at David’s house, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials plus a few delightful extras! The bedrooms were very spacious with comfy mattresses and soft linens. Kitchen had brand new appliances and living/dining rooms had ample seating arrangements. The pool was top notch - squeaky clean and quite refreshing to get a break from hot Florida summer. It was also nice to have all the beach accessories included to have the every day Tigertail beach trip a lot more pleasant. Fishing from the dock was good, too. We didn't catch any trophy fish, but there was plenty of snappers and catfish to make it fun. The location was perfect—close enough to all the go to attractions (beaches, restaurants, fishing etc.) yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend to use a car/bike to get around. Communication with the host was great

Overall a great house to rent in Marco Island. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and ride bikes to the beaches. We fished a lot off the dock and even saw a dolphin! The pool was fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. No complaints at all and will sure stay here again next time we come.

The house has been beautifully remolded. It had everything we needed and wanted. It’s very close to all the wonderful restaurants on the Island. We never had a bad meal or service. Would definitely rent this house again.

Mark’s property was newer and very nice. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. He was very responsive with any inquiries we had and kept an open line of communication during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

This was our first time visiting Marco Island. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this home immensely. It was private, very clean, and was really close to beach and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. We would definitely come back and would recommend this property to others interested in Marco Island.

Taresa’s place is a perfect spot for peace and calm! The house is tucked beautifully among the lush palms. The air bnb is modern and updated and clean. Her instructions for check in/check out were very clear and I appreciated the local recommendations she gave us upon check-jn. Her response time with a couple of questions was immediate. I would definitely book with Taresa again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jade’s house! It’s a beautiful house, peaceful neighborhood and close to both Naples and Bonita Springs & everywhere we wanted to visit. The home was absolutely immaculate! We will definitely stay again!!

we had a wonderful stay! relaxing outside by pool on the new lounge chairs and cozy cage lights at night. the home is spacious and Very Clean with a beautiful kitchen that is well stocked with every day items. Steve is a Fantastic Host!! We Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. I am extremely organized and felt like I was right at home. lol. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Naples!

We liked this spot! The flat was clean, neat and had everything one could need to cook and cater at home. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space for us. We liked the marina, pool was great! Also the location was perfect for our needs, near enough to Naples and Marco Island, but a much more relaxed and peaceful setting! Also nice and near to Everglades adventures that we were mainly interested in!

Stacy was great and very responsive! The condo had beautiful views of the marina. Pool was very clean and close to the condo. We usually had it to ourselves. Many great beaches within a short drive! Our daughter lives in Naples and we were there to welcome our first granddaughter so we stayed a few weeks and it had everything we needed! The beach chairs worked out great! Thank you Stacy!

Accurate as described. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the worst mosquito outbreak in years literally prevented anyone from using the pool. Too bad...it seemed like such a nice one. But...it is the Everglades.
