Das waren sehr schöne Ferien! Die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Restaurants und schönen Alleen. Und der Strand vor der Wohnung ist unübertrefflich. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, hell und sauber. Und der Balkon mit den umgebenden Pinien und der Top-Aussicht auf die Bucht waren super! In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden zum Kochen und der Kühlschrank mit inbegriffenen kühlen Getränken gefüllt. Auch ein Waschmaschine und Schirme für den Strand waren dabei. Florence ist eine sehr angenehme Person und sehr professionell. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegben. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschön waren die 10 Tage im gemütlichen Häuschen von Sabrina zu jeder Tageszeit. Der nahgelegene Strand, der Pool, das Restaurant es cova, die reizvolle Natur rundum, die nette Bar mit Lifemusik…, einfach Alles hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina war stets freundlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank für Alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Karin

Appartement propre conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec une très belle vue mer et une crique à 5 minutes a pied avec des eaux cristallines par beau temps.

Un séjour magnifique qui s'achève. Nous avons adoré l'appartement de Laurence et Pierre. Décoré avec goût, au calme très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le petit plus, du matériel de plage à disposition ainsi que sac et autres. Très plaisant et encore plus pour une femme. Merci pour tout, je recommande chaleureusement. Des propriétaires adorables et accueillant. À bientôt au soleil ☀️

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cala Santanyi. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet! Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Man muss dort nur einige Treppen runtergehen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Aktuell ist direkt neben der Wohnung eine Baustelle. Dort wird werktags ab 7 Uhr gearbeitet. Es wird immer mal wieder lauter, aber es ist aushaltbar. Abends ist ein Mückenspray von Vorteil, damit man nicht so zerstochen wird.

Ce logement a été notre préféré de notre voyage en Espagne. Nous avons eu accès à un stationnement privé, le logement était très propre. L’emplacement du logement est idéal, 2 min à pieds d’une magnifique plage. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. Je recommande fortement, d’autant plus que les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Die Unterkunft von Tatjana und Peter war hervorragend! Sie ist wunderschön, etwas abgelegen und nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, jedoch ein Platz wo man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Es ist auf jedenfall sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage in Colonia mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Sie liegt über einem Restaurant, manchmal riecht man das. Dann die Fenster geschlossen halten und alles ist gut. Effiziente Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

El apartamento está fantástico, todo impecable. La ubicación inmejorable. Con vistas espectaculares al mar y a escasos 20 m de la playa. Los accesos son muy cómodos tanto en coche como a pie. Los espacios dentro de la casa son amplios, las habitaciones y sus camas están muy bien, y el salón con la cocina y la terraza son muy grandes y con unas vistas inmejorables.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sagenhaftem Ausblick. Alles, wie beschrieben. Küche gut ausgestattet. Hübsche kleinere Bucht direkt vor der Tür, ebenso ein Outdoor Fitnessplatz. Leckere Eisdiele, Supermarkt und diverse gute Restaurants am Hafen, alles in Laufnähe. Kommunikation war super. Wir haben sogar einmal neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen. Kleines Manko: In den Schlafzimmern gibt es nur einen Deckenventilator und eine Klimaanlage nur im Wohnraum. Könnte im Sommer warm werden. Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had such a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the most stunning beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful and beautiful and the pool was a huge bonus—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by gorgeous views. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back! The only small downsides were that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which we’ve always had at other Airbnbs—it caught us off guard since we hadn’t packed any, and the nearby store was quite pricey. Also, the kitchen was missing a few basic cooking essentials like oil, which would’ve made it easier to cook at home. Other than that, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

The location of the apartment is also very good. There are many restaurants around and it is very close to the sea. The communication with the landlord went very smoothly. Since we didn't get off the plane until two o 'clock in the middle of the night, the landlord had placed the keys in a safe place in advance, which enabled us to get the keys very smoothly. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Gabriela‘s Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles da was wir brauchten. Gabriela war immer freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas benötigen oder Fragen hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt da wir mit unserem Auto alle nahegelegenen Buchten und Strände innerhalb von 10-20 min. Besuchten konnten.

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Si están pensando en viajar a Colonia de Sant Jordi este hospedaje es 100% recomendable. Tiene una excelente ubicación respecto a la playa local y el paseo comercial. Cuenta con equipamiento básico para unas vacaciones en la playa, además tienen a disposición de los huéspedes sombrillas! Cosme fue muy amable desde el check in hasta el momento de irnos. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo!

Il delizioso appartamento di Joana è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. E’ Situato in una posizione ottimale per spostamenti o per la vicina spiaggia. Joana, perfetta ospite, ci ha accolti con gioia e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza. La comunicazione esemplare per tempistiche e precisione. Altamente raccomandata.

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
