Apartment holiday rentals in Colònia de Sant Pere

The accommodation is very nicely located in the first row by the sea with very nice sea views including sunset. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Our landlord was always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A car is recommended for exploring the island. We will be happy to come back.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Amazing space with beautiful views. Home was clean and as described. The host Pilar was responsive and met us at the home for check in. Grocery store within a few minute walk. Cute French bakery also a short walk. Can’t wait to come back soon!

We felt very comfortable here, everything is very modernly renovated and furnished. The apartment is characterized by comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a quiet environment and plenty of space. The apartment corresponds to the pictures, with the small terrace with lounge furniture and the private parking space right next door positively surprised us. Due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, everything was very bright and appealing. The place is very likeable with a great beach promenade. However, we were very bothered by the fact that the shower gutters spread a considerable drainage smell in the entire apartment. Fortunately, we were able to remedy the smell through thorough cleaning of the shower gutters. The communication with the contacts in advance was extremely complicated. Unfortunately, we only got stereotypical answers to requests. In addition, it is necessary that you upload images of your identity card to a platform in advance. We've never had that before.

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment with wonderful views of the harbor. Our host was very friendly and always easily accessible. We highly recommend the place.

Fantastic view. We stayed at Malena's apartment for 1 week. We really enjoyed it, especially the fantastic views. Go to the Bslkon in the morning, hear the sound of the sea, just great. Malena even left us a package of coffee, so we had some in the morning. Thank you for that, but also for the immediate availability and your prompt response. The mattress was too hard for my son. Malena was in the house that weekend and brought us several blankets so he could sleep well. I'm just saying: location, location, location ... just amazing. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you for everything.

What a lovely place!!! Highly recommend this stay as we enjoyed the view, the walk into town, and everything the place had to offer. Alicia and her daughter were helpful with local recommendations and were so sweet. It was a place we will daydream about for years to come.

Clean apartment, as described and very well equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a very nice sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

The apartment was in a stunning location overlooking the ocean. The balcony was perfect to sit out on and eat with the panoramic view of the ocean. When we arrived the apartment was clean and spacious. We hired a car which i would definitely recommend as the town has limited food shops/restaraunts and the steep hill back to the apartment from the beach can be quite tiring in the heat! The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had, i would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this great house for almost 2 weeks. It was more than perfect. Everything was in super good condition, great furnishings, perfect kitchen equipment, for us a super great and quiet location, it couldn't be better.

We had to rebook from another accommodation at short notice and were received here kindly, competently and quickly.

Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly the large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical remarks: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for the one without the stairs. - in our house there was a coffee maker for powdered coffee - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind the closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

A beautiful stay in an idyllic setting. The apartment has a breathtaking view with a breathtaking sunrise. Access to the sea takes 2 minutes, what a joy. Very well located in a quiet and relaxing village with all the amenities you need and close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy... which are within walking distance. In addition, hosts are very responsive if you need any information. We recommend 100% Again, thank you for this wonderful enchanted parenthesis. 🙏

This apartment is exactly how it’s described! The sea view is amazing and it was lovely waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise! It was our first time to Cala Millor and we will definitely be back.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment has beautiful views from the balcony and the bedroom window. Judy was very helpful and has good recommendations for locations nearby. The apartment is 2 minute walk uphill from the centre of the port. If you rent a car, free parking was a little difficult but still manageable with a short walk to nearby streets. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend :)
