Hi Andrea! We were all delighted with the house. And we had a wonderful time! Everything was divine, and super comfortable. Nobody was cold. The rooms and living room were warm. Great location, close to everything , comfort as described. Apartment first floor by staircase, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room with.mesa and chair bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Very bright. Martin is always attentive to our questions. Highly recommended!!!

Sol is extremely solicitous, responds very quickly. The apartment is very nice and location is excellent. The stay would have been perfect, but left to be desired in the cleaning, it was very dusty and lacking maintenance.

Everything is as described, the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can get everywhere by car in a few minutes! The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and in order, the only detail was a wall with some humidity, keep it in mind if you are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

The accommodation is as described and meets everything for a good stay. The apartment is very neat and very well equipped. It has a beautiful view and attached services in the hotel to use the restaurant and amenities. The outdoor pool for warmer times is very nice. It's very close to everything and you can walk. It is undoubtedly a highly recommended place and we will return soon.

Sergio and his place were great for our experience in Cologne. I mainly emphasize their friendliness and willingness. What I liked most about the place is its location. You were not downtown but you are not walking far either. In turn, you're in front of the boulevard that makes it a peaceful place. Thank you Giselle for your kindness, I highly recommend it.
