Villa holiday rentals in Colorado Springs

Kaitlyn was super nice, easy to work with, super responsive and the place was the best!! Clean, beautiful, accessible, perfect.

My mother and I had high expectations for the house, based on the listing, but they were exceeded. Beautiful house, well-maintained, with comfortable and cozy accommodations. The entire home (I use that word because that's how you feel immediately) is furnished with guests in mind. Board games, magazines, books, a stunning view, a peaceful location, yet not far from all Colorado Springs has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

Loved all of the gathering space. Could have used some better kitchen supplies. Overall loved the place and will probably stay there again.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of our best getaways yet. There was entertainment for everyone from the game room for the kids, to shooting pool for the adults, to just relaxing out on the beautiful patios for those who just want some nice quiet time. We enjoyed Soaking in the hot tub with beautiful views of the mountains. There was access to the gym for a workout and a sauna to wind down after a hard workout! After a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds, we took a five minute walk down to Palmer lake and had lunch while letting the kids run around! There’s so much to do at this location I promise you won’t be bored! I absolutely loved it and will definitely be bringing my family back for future visits!!!!

This home was BEAUTIFUL! It is very spacious, clean and quiet. The backyard has a beautiful view of the mountains and is a private space. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future. Thanks Tom! It was delightful. Karen

This place is absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of our best getaways yet. There was entertainment for everyone from the game room for the kids, to shooting pool for the adults, to just relaxing out on the beautiful patios for those who just want some nice quiet time. We enjoyed Soaking in the hot tub with beautiful views of the mountains. There was access to the gym for a workout and a sauna to wind down after a hard workout! After a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds, we took a five minute walk down to Palmer lake and had lunch while letting the kids run around! We had a family vacay at Emma and Chad's place and it was lovely. The home is older, but had been updated nicely. The views were absolutely incredible! Just like any older home, there were a few quirks, but they let us know about them ahead of time and none of the quirks were dealbreakers or issues at all. I was a little concerned with our number of people with only having 5 bedrooms, but most of the bedrooms were plenty big and there were plenty of beds. The house itself was HUGE, with plenty of space for our group of 13. They were great hosts! I would definitely consider returning to this spot if/when I return to Colorado Springs with a large group.
