We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel. Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park. Set up on our 3 acres, nestled in between our pond & small vineyard. Private & separate from our home. GORGEOUS view of Ute Mountain out front door! 4 person hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Stargazers delight, a dark country setting. Property is completely fenced. Due to family allergy issues, we do not allow ANY pets in the RV at any time.
