Bea’s place was perfect! It was a little garden oasis just a 5min walk from Main Street. It was so peaceful and quiet. I especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night and star-gazing.

This was a GREAT little spot. Perfect for the two of us celebrating our 11 year anniversary! We didn’t hang around too much because we had other plans but all roads led us back to Nederland, with BREATHTAKING views! Angie, Jesse, and the family, especially Aven the greeter, were awesome! They had a stocked mini fridge with waters, snacks, and coffee! They also had hygiene products available, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, etc! We loved this spot! STAY HERE!

Stay was great, plenty of space and privacy The view from the yard is amazing especially at night! Felt like I could see all of Denver from the backyard! Hammock was great, fire pit was a nice thing to have while sitting outside at night enjoying the view, definitely recommend for anyone who is going to the Red Rocks or just looking for a quiet place close to Denver with an amazing view!

I stayed with my family - including two children - and we found ourselves right at home. Cozy linens, plush carpets and board games in the living room made my kids and I feel comfortable. The unit is so well-appointed and while the cooking space is small, it was sufficient for our breakfast needs. Michael and Susan were both so warm and responsive. We did not feel like we were in a basement unit at all due to the large windows. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Denver area and have a vehicle.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

The place was a given, met expectations, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time. The kids had s'more , and even got to enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended

Staying in Meredith’s guest suite was a great experience. The accommodations were comfortable and in a great location. She had the most lace stocked with coffees, teas, and treats which made it feel like home. She was very helpful with recommendations and her dog Potato was very welcoming! Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever back in Boulder.

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Greg and Andi are superb hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The unit where we stayed was spacious and well equipped. It included access to a private deck with hot tub. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable, including some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs, and other stores. We would gladly return in the future!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Thank you so much for an extremely comfortable and cozy stay, Elizabeth! Listen, when you’re out hiking all day, the last thing you want to do is come home to an uncomfortable bed and sheets! Can’t express that enough! 😅 The bed in this unit was probably more comfortable than my own, and the sheets were so soft! Absolutely loved the bedding, it reminded me of those soft “cloud beds” that you just sink into. There were also plenty of cozy and clean blankets to keep you warm if you need it. The adjustable heating was a bonus! The entire unit was squeaky clean, from the bedroom to the living room, bathroom and kitchenette. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when showering - an issue we’ve had staying in other places. And the hot tub was a massive bonus! We used it in the morning before hiking, and then again later in the evening to wind down. Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back - thank you so much once again!

Everything in BV is walking distance. Absolutely loved how close the house was to the River!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, which I really appreciated, and the host was great with communication—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The location was perfect—really close to a variety of restaurants and lots of fun places to explore. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Joel and Sarah’s place was just what I needed for a short overnight. They were very accommodating and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

George and Barbora's guest quarters were perfect for the two of us and our dog. Everything was clean and well stocked. Barbora was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to meet her. A return trip is a distinct possibility!

Debra was a great host! We loved the location and Colorado Springs was an amazing place to stay. Debra was kind, generous, and made us delicious snacks! We can’t wait for the next chance to stay there again!

Steven is an amazing host. He let us come early and leave later, even showed us how to use the fireplace and gave us skewers for S'mores. The view is amazing with the mountain in the background, also at night with the stars out. There are all kind of nice restaurants in the town nearby. Good wifi too!

This place was perfect for our stay. Some of the highlights for me were: The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get out of. The pillows were perfect for the bed and also very comfortable. The shower is probably the largest shower we have ever used! It was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and sitting in the backyard was so peaceful! ☺️

Nice place and location, great communication. Just needed a place for a quick overnight in Colorado Springs. Basic accommodations, but definitely all we needed and felt the price was fair. Pac Man game an extra plus.
