Our primitive campsites, seated on 40 acres bordering the Pike National Forest, provide a private, serene setting for an unforgettable experience. Campers have access to our "Common Area Kitchen " complete with a propane grill, griddle, pizza oven, and 2-burner stove. Paper products and cooking equipment are available. Campers have access to wireless internet & outdoor porta-potty. Sleep under a million stars in the beauty of Caleb's Mountain Ranch. (Tents and camping gear are not included)

Miner's Gulch Glamping at Idlewild Ridge Ranch

Miner's Gulch Wall Tent is glorified camping..be off grid with solar lighting and usb charging. Comfy queen bed on wood platform. Tent is a stone's throw from Pike's National Forest with great hiking and amazing rockhounding. There is a nice outhouse nearby, bathhouse with sink and shower and a common kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, microwave, toaster, small fridge, propane bbq and firewood for your smores. Wifi available. There is a large dog pen if you need to leave them for a bit.

Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Privacy was one of the key elements put into the planning of this area, with its own private path leading from the main trail near the centrally located outhouse. This unique lodging experience is located near the lower portion of Colorado’s Dark Sky Association. Making it the perfect spot for star-gazing, as well as just getting away from it all for a while.

You don’t have to be a nature aficionado to enjoy glamping. Make memories in the great outdoors by staying in our Glamping Tent! This is a campground glamping experience. Sleeps up to 2 in a queen bed. 2 person table, fan, and ceiling fan. Site includes a picnic table and outdoor firepit. Pets are not allowed in the Glamping Tent due to it's canvas construction.
