Monthly Rentals in Colpitts Settlement

The hosts were very responsive, the place was very clean and nice. Very cozy place especially for a couple. It was quiet only thing if you have company over there’s no space it sit except the kitchen which was ok. Happy with the place. I will definitely go back.

This place was perfect! Erica was there to greet me when I arrived, even though it was getting late, and she even carried my bag inside. She showed me around and to my delight, she had coffee pods, cream, and butter for me. I was staying there because my friend was in the hospital. It had been a difficult day and she was so empathetic and kind both when I arrived and throughout my stay. She even had a welcome message on the blackboard and a wish that my friend would get better soon. She touched base with me every day to see how everything was going and she and her husband want to remain as friends. Erica and Kevin went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. Both they and the accommodation couldn't have been more perfect.

Simon and Jem obviously take pride in this home. The personal touches and welcoming atmosphere make you feel at home as soon as you walk inside. Situated on a quiet street but within walking distance of Riverfront trail, a children’s playground and a few restaurants make this a quick getaway for any family. We only got to stay one night and the kids were sad to leave! Thanks for making it a great stay!

I needed a place close to the hospital for an undefined period of time and my hosts were very accommodating and helpful.
