Monthly Rentals in Colwich

Alex was the best host. She was quick to respond to any questions before and during the booking process and she checked in proactively after we checked in. The house was PERFECT for myself and husband, parents, and my two siblings with their families that included small kids. Everyone had plenty of room to be together or have some quiet time if needed. The house was well appointed with great amenities and left us wanting for nothing while we were there. Thank you!!

Very nice place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice decorations and was very clean. Worked out great for our family of 6 to stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms. Located in west Wichita close to our planned activities. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip to Wichita.

The duplex was great and very well stocked. It was clean and the fact that we could use the garage was and added bonus!! The beds were very comfortable as well. I wish they would have explained the key code operation as it was not familiar to us, and we ended up locking ourselves out of the duplex in an uncomfortable moment. They did respond and remotely open the garage door for us so we could get back in. I am from Wichita originally, so I was very familiar with the location which was close to friends and relatives which worked out very well. Will definitely try to stay there again on my trip next year. Thanks for being good hosts!!

5/5 stars! I highly recommend this beautiful home! The decor was next level, the backyard and hot tub were amazing and so relaxing. Had everything we needed and would definitely want to stay here again if I was in town!
