Absolutely amazing stay! The nature itself is breathtaking and the cabin is so cozy and clean. Not only did it match the description and photos perfectly, but they also go above and beyond with the amenities they provide.

Place was cozy, very nice view, and very clean. Overall plenty of parking, perfect spot in between San Antonio and Austin. Pool was perfect temperature and clean, hot tub as well. Will be coming back for sure.

This is a truly lovely place, near enough to Wimberley but isolated enough that you feel away from it all. It's exactly what we were looking for and I expect we'll return!

We love this place right on the river. The house is roomy, comfy and has the best scenery. There is direct access to the river via the back yard. The beds are very comfortable, and we had all the needed amenities. Hope to stay here year after year. (This was our 2nd trip to this house).

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. It’s clear that Kelly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome — from the thoughtful touches to the fast communication. The location is perfect for tubing, boating, or a quiet weekend getaway, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

Place was great for a fair group of people plus two large dogs, everyone had space and it’s very close to a lot of things!

We have been coming to New Braunfels frequently over the past year as my oldest trains at the tennis academy. This was the first time staying at this gem. It had everything you would need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and great pillows. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was a quick walk to Schlitterbahn. Perfect location if you don’t want all the noise of the river but still want to be close to all the action. Kristy was an amazing host. She was super responsive to any questions I had. So much nicer than dealing with the normal big company property managers. We will definitely return in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Richie's place for six nights, and I can confidently say we would definitely stay there again! The location felt safe and was very walkable to many local eateries, including the Pearl District. The Riverwalk is literally right outside the building. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the area, which made our visit to San Antonio even more enjoyable.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Not only was this space charming, it is full of amazing history! We were able to walk almost everywhere we went and that saved a ton on parking for our adventures! Gina is an incredible host! Ive stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and Gina is by far the best host I’ve ever had. Very clear instructions and extremely responsive! Gina was very hospitable and truly helped make our trip an incredible experience. This home and host truly were the cherry on top of an amazing San Antonio vacation!

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Very Clean and Hospitable Environment for San Antonio and The Property was Quiet and Clean

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Great little place with great access to the river. The section of river at this condo flows and it has great spots for folks that enjoy their chairs in the water. Host was very responsive.

Overall, a nice place. It was clean and well decorated. It's not too far from downtown and there are a lot of things to do in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend staying there!

This location is by far one of the best locations to be. You are in the heart of Gruene and less than a 5 min walk to get to any shop, bar, restaurant, floating venues and much more. Perfect host! She was super responsive, friendly and the instructions were easy to follow on check out. Amazing place!! Can't say enough about it.
