Centrally located apartment with beautiful views of the Ermita, rio Guadix and the valley, in turn 3 minutes from the monumental center and Guadix Cathedral. Very bright, quiet and cozy. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with chaiselongue sofa, large window with magnificent country views, air-conditioning, 55"smart tv, widi. Very spacious master bedroom with 150 cm bed, air conditioning . Bedroom 2 with two beds of 90cm and extra bed and air conditioning. 1 large bathroom and indirect lighting. 1 toilet with indirect lighting. 1 full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and rest of normal kitchenware. The apartment has a separate work area with a table and an office chair. It is possible to request travel crib with bedding for children up to 3 years, with extra charge of €10/day. The apartment has a certificate of disinfection and disinsection carried out by specialized company.
