The apartment is very good, spacious, bright and comfortable. Very quiet area, with very ample parking in the building.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Victor Manuel's apartment is as described in the photos. What unfortunately cannot be described is how incredibly comfortable it is to be there on those terraces, overlooking the sea, listening to the birds singing in the background, giving an immense peace. The beach is a five-minute walk away, the restaurants of the development are in that environment, the pool is a step away... We really enjoyed these days in Victor Manuel's apartment, it was just what we needed. Super bright, spacious, clean and with details that make a difference.

Ideal place to disconnect if you like nature by hiking, cayack, snorkeling, biking , enjoying beaches and especially with very beautiful coves where only and you can access by walking. Les Negres is a village where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, well located in the middle of Cabo de Gata.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and equipped, with comfortable beds where you rest very well (very quiet area). The development is great, with an outdoor pool and another heated (which is on the same floor of the apartment), with alternatives for those who travel with children. The views are very nice. Another positive point is that pets are allowed. In addition, Marta has been very friendly and helpful. The only catch is the location, since although it is close to the city, as the village does not offer leisure alternatives, you need the car for everything.

Absolutely fabulous house. I loved my stay here and highly recommend Cheryl’s place. Fully equip with everything you need and Elaine the co-host is fabulous! Always there to help if you need anything. 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

Lovely apartment in a good location . Very well equipped kitchen for eating in , good Wi-Fi and TV. Close to the beach , 20minute walk to Vera Playa for drinks and restaurants, car or bus to Garrucha . Well kept , peaceful urbanisation with two beautiful swimming pools . Great solarium with views of the sunset and surrounding area.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. Simple but very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. It perfectly matches the descriptions and photos. The beds are quite comfortable and the street where it is located is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and quite modern. The accommodation is very clean and in general everything is quite new. It is a four-minute walk to the beach and it is easy to park in the area (in the month of June). I would definitely recommend it, especially for a couple with children

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

It was an incredible stay, the accommodation was very well prepared with everything you need for a good experience, with the beach very close, and the development was very good with a pool and garage. Rosa has been very kind, we will repeat for sure

Patricia was very helpful and waited for us upon arrival and guided us through the house. Patricia was great accommodating us with a earlier check in and the apartment was great and had everything we needed.
