El apartamento es muy bueno, amplio, luminoso y confortable. Zona muy tranquila, con muy amplio estacionamiento en el edificio.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

El apartamento de Víctor Manuel es tal y como se describe en las fotos. Lo que por desgracia no se puede describir es lo increíblemente a gusto que se está allí esas terrazas, con vistas al mar, escuchando de fondo solamente los pájaros cantando daban una paz inmensa. Tener la playa a un paseo de cinco minutos, los restaurantes de la urbanización en ese entorno, la piscina a un paso… Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de estos días en el apartamento de Victor Manuel, era justo lo que necesitábamos. Súper luminoso, amplio, limpio y con detalles que marcan la diferencia.

Lloc idoni per desconectar si t'agrada la natura fent senderisme, cayack, snorkel, bicicleta , disfrutar de platges i sobretot amb cales molt boniques on solsament i pots accedir caminant. Les Negres és un poble on menjar peix i marisc fresc , ben situat al mig del Cabo de Gata.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Marta et Juan ont été aux petits soins pour nous. tout plein d informations données par téléphone avec les liens pour ce qu'il y a à visiter autour. A notre arrivée, Marta nous a tout fait visiter les lieux et nous a tout expliqué. Appartement, piscines, salle de sport,salle de jeux, bibliothèque etc. Le véhicule est stationné dans le bâtiment à une place spécifique et sécurisée, ce qui évite de chercher une place en fin de journée. L'appartement est lumineux et bien fourni. la salle de bain dans la chambre parentale est vraiment un plus .

Elaine ha sido encantadora conmigo desde el primer momento y la casa está emplazada en un auténtico paraíso bien comunicado y al lado del mar y la montaña. El apartamento es muy mono, cómodo y espacioso. Para 2/3 personas es perfecto.

Wir waren zum zwei Mal hier uns genauso begeistert wie letztes Jahr. Elena ist sofort erreichbar bei Fragen und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Elena dass wir hier sein konnten.

Precioso apartamento, bastante nuevo y limpio. Ubicación a las afueras pero muy tranquila. Lo único es que hay algunas escaleras para acceder. El resto maravilloso.

Lovely apartment in a good location . Very well equipped kitchen for eating in , good Wi-Fi and TV. Close to the beach , 20minute walk to Vera Playa for drinks and restaurants, car or bus to Garrucha . Well kept , peaceful urbanisation with two beautiful swimming pools . Great solarium with views of the sunset and surrounding area.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hemos estado encantados alojándonos en el apartamento de Jesús. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta, a escasos metros de la playa, plaza de parking, cocina totalmente equipada, una terraza espectacular y quería destacar la amabilidad de Jesús en todo momento y su atención. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos seguro

Alojamiento tal cual las fotos, con todos los servicios de la cocina necesarios y completos. Limpio, acogedor, sencillo y ubicación perfecta.

Alojamiento sencillo pero muy cómodo y agradable. Responde perfectamente a las descripciones y las fotos. Las camas son bastante confortables y la calle donde se encuentra es muy silenciosa. La cocina está bien equipada y es bastante moderna. El alojamiento está muy limpio y en general es todo bastante nuevo. Esta a cuatro minutos a pie de la playa y es fácil aparcar en la zona (en el mes de junio). Lo recomendaría sin duda, sobre todo para una pareja con niños

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. We would like to come back, we like our stay a lot ❤️ Thank you for everything 🍀

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

Patricia was very helpful and waited for us upon arrival and guided us through the house. Patricia was great accommodating us with a earlier check in and the apartment was great and had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, within walking distance to Golf Course, shops, restaurants, harbor and beach. Thanks Patricia.
