We were very comfortable in Antonio's apartment. He was available at all times, the arrival was flexible and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The views from the terrace are the jewel in the crown. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

Staying at Richard's Casita has been an absolute delight and a perfect choice for my trip. I'm completely enchanted by this wonderful village and its warm, welcoming people. Richard has been an exceptional host, providing outstanding care from the moment I made my reservation. He was incredibly helpful throughout my long journey from California to Andalucía, offering invaluable advice on transportation, airport options, and always staying in touch. His excellent communication and genuine concern made the entire process so much smoother. Great house in a very beautiful area

good hosts , The place is very quiet , it has a terrace with very nice views,has everything and has gone very cheap.

We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The most important thing for me was the swimming pool , it was very verz private !!! The house is very nice clean , 5 stars House ,Valentina speaks perfect englich and comunicate very good and soon . I would have many vacancies there . It is very green and quite as well !!!

We spoke with Juani and she was very attentive at all times, she gave us a list of things we could see and restaurants in the area, they gave us a little gift when we arrived, which we appreciated. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We went with a 4-year-old and he had many things to have fun with, a trampoline and air game. He even made friends with the neighbors. They have Netflix and we were able to watch a movie. They changed the pool code and Juani immediately gave us the new one. They gave us flexibility for the departure, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sure we'll repeat next year because we came back very happy. Thank you ❤️ Notice to other guests, in Murcia there are many mosquitoes so I recommend bringing citronella or something for the skin for the mosquitoes. They had spray in one of the cabinets we use inside the house.

The apartment is very good, spacious, bright and comfortable. Very quiet area, with very ample parking in the building.

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment to spend a few days, very close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the host was very kind.

We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.
