On the way to the beaches
This pretty house is ideally located on the road to beaches and tourist attractions: Ile Tudy, Sainte Marine, Bénodet, La Torche, Quimper... The surrounding area offers a wide range of shops and services. The recently renovated accommodation comprises : on the ground floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet, a storeroom with a second shower room. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190). The large garden features garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. A garage is available for storing bikes, paddles, etc. WIFI included! The fireplace is not in use.

I offer it for rent for a few periods, thanks to my amazing co-host Tetyana, who will take care of welcoming you. My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).

For an exceptional holiday in Sainte-Marine, choose "Les Villas Majolie," where everything is within walking distance: 5 minutes from shops, harbor—with its restaurants and cafés—and 10 mn from white-sand beaches.. The indoor pool is heated to 29°C. Amenities include games, toys, books, as well as terraces and a fire pit. The interiors are tastefully appointed, the bedding is hotel-quality, and the setting is very peaceful. The garden is fully enclosed for the safety of your children or dogs.

Beautiful apartment, classified furnished tourist accommodation, very nicely decorated by the furniture and paintings made by the owner. On the ground floor, large living room crossed by a beautiful light thanks to the bays overlooking 2 East/West gardens. On the welcoming and sunny terrace, lulled by the echo of the sea, you can enjoy moments of relaxation, not to mention the aperitif bathed by the gentle evening sun. Remarkable beach 200 m walk. Charming port 500 m away with amenities.

The cabin is a stone's throw from our house: you'll be cool under the tall trees of our garden. Bucolic and quiet atmosphere. The gardens and parking are enclosed. The beaches are at 2 km, the beach at 300 m; there are restaurants, creperies and bars at the ports of Ile-Tudy and Sainte-Marine. Accommodation for a short stay, ideal for those who are traveling in the Pays Bigouden or to the Glénan Archipelago, for hikers (on the GR34 route), and for cyclists. Welcome!

We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants. NB: in the first half of 2026, it is possible that I will stay in the other building of the property. If that's the case, I'll let you know before your booking.
