The recently renovated accommodation comprises : on the ground floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet, a storeroom with a second shower room. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190). The large garden features garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. A garage is available for storing bikes, paddles, etc. WIFI included! The fireplace is not in use.

I offer for rent for a few periods, thanks to Tetyana who will organize your welcome and be your main point of contact during your stay, my house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed Le Paradis by friends, on the waterfront, with its magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but with a simple message, Tetyana can take care of them (price: €25 for a double bed, €15 for a single bed, towel included).
