It is a bright and well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Close to good shops and close to the tram in front of a park. Gauthier is very responsive, and his apartment is very clean.

We had a great weekend in this little corner of paradise. The apartment as well as the terrace are modern, functional and tastefully decorated. Everything is done to feel at home. In addition, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and delicious chocolates, in short a perfect stay!

just back from a three nights stay, Stefaan is a very approachable person and can't do enough for you, he gives clear and concise information and nothing is too much trouble. The property is as described and extremely clean and tidy and sits in a residential and very peaceful area just outside Ypres and will take you 20 mins to walk to the centre and supermarkets are close by. Just down the road towards the centre is a steak house called De Kribbe which I would also recommend which opens Friday to Sunday. I would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a great stay in Lille in the accommodation offered by Antoine. From the first exchanges, Antoine was particularly responsive, welcoming and warm. His sense of hospitality greatly contributed to making our stay most enjoyable. The apartment is furnished with great taste, combining comfort, functionality and aesthetics. Nothing is missing. The mattress is very comfortable, perfect for good nights' sleep, especially since the accommodation is very well insulated from noise. We also really enjoyed the tranquility and privacy of the place, while enjoying an ideal location, close to Vieux-Lille. The city is easily discovered on foot – and even more so by bike, the station being just in front of the building. Free street parking is an advantage. In short, an address to remember and recommend without hesitation. We hope to have the pleasure of coming back to relive this beautiful experience. Thank you again, Antoine!

A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.
