Listing booked to celebrate a birthday: we were a group of 6 friends and had a great evening. The space had all the amenities they needed. Another review mentioned that the photos did not do justice to the beauty of the site, and I fully confirm: the setting is beautiful. The view of the Odet from the hot tub made our stay unforgettable. I would 100% recommend!

Very quiet and peaceful location, Sylvie provided local maps in the welcome pack so there were walks with the dog directly from the cottage if wanted, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere on the first evening. Sylvie gave us a jar of home made Jam, delicious on croissants from the Boulangerie just a few minutes drive away. Living Room, Kitchen Area and Bedroom were all really spacious and the living room had lovely patio doors onto decking where there was outdoor seating to have a cup of tea in the morning or wine in the evening. The toilet was very small and cramped especially for my husband who is over 6ft tall, also the shower cubicle is quite small - but having read other reviews it looks like these will be upgraded in the summer. We stayed 2 nights and had a very relaxing time before getting the ferry home to England. We would definitely stay again as there are some beautiful places to visit in the area that we didn’t get time to see. Thank you Sylvie for a lovely stay.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

A magnificent and modern house with warm and spacious areas. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. Proximity to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

Great stay with everything you need to have a good time: the pool, the terrace, a very nice decor of the house, the beach and the trails nearby! We were delighted with our weekend!

We stayed at this lovely house for nearly a week with our family ages from 2-63. Angie was so friendly and very easy to contact! The house is beautiful, very clean, spacious (more so in real life!), pool wasn't too cold either! Very peaceful and quiet and comfortable beds. Excellent stay! We had a few days a little gray but the walks on the GR remained beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor pool as well. The following days, great weather, we maximized swimming in the sea, kite surfing (20 min) and surfing & body boarding (at the end of the garden). The house is perfectly equipped and had enough to keep the children busy too: balls, planes, buckets and shovels. In the evening, the game room with the foosball table was also a great success. The restaurant at the nearby campsite is very good and the staff are friendly. An excellent week that delighted the 3 generations who met there.

Great house, fantastic view, dolphins and Kevin always available and super helpful, the sauna is the hit!, right on the beach, super restaurant nearby .. we couldn't get enough of the view of the sea. The terrace deserves more than 5 stars. The town of Plouescat with very good shopping facilities is 5 minutes by car. We would love to come back!

We stayed the space of a wk with the family. The house is very well equipped even more than hoping, it's very nice! Virginia, the neighbor, very kind and accommodating, we were able to arrive and leave a little later to enjoy the blue sky. The sun was at the rendezvous, we were able to enjoy the garden (unfenced) and a barbecue. The bedding is very good. The only downside no blackout shutters in the two large double bedrooms. We recommend it and will be back next year!

Elegant, spacious and bright house (even more in the afternoon when the sun floods the southwest facing rooms) with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Morlaix and the viaduct. Very responsive and welcoming hostess. We would unreservedly recommend this listing.

Accommodation as described, very quiet. Self check-in with lockbox. Complete welcome booklet. Well-equipped kitchen. The wifi and TV work very well. Comfortable bedding. Light cigarette smell in sheets/towels.
