Definition of ‘Home Away from Home’. Joan really thinks of everything you could’ve forgotten to pack and has it! The house is super tidy and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful stay with comfortable beds, great communication, Tea/coffee for the morning, new everything, and really clean. We appreciated Ben's responsiveness and that he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our 3 night stay. It is right near the U of W - Whitewater but quiet in the apartment. There was only some noise at night upstairs one of the nights. However, a quick text to Ben and he worked with them to get it quiet again. SO appreciated this stay and Ben's hosting skills! THANK YOU!

From her greeting you at the front door to making sure you have all that you need. Her place is perfect for a few days or even an extended stay! Located just off the highway and close to an amazing wine and restaurant - and minutes away from Beloit College! I recommend and look forward to my next stay

Amanda is a really thoughtful host and the apartment is really nicely decorated and inviting. The balcony near the river is a big bonus.

Great location and great hostess; right on the main drag in Lake Geneva and our hostess was extremely responsive and helpful. We arrived about an hour early and she responded immediately that it was fine to go in early. Great and clear instructions and all self service. Pictures don't do it justice re: how much space there is - all the rooms are bigger in person. We had 4 but it would comfortably sleep 6 and if you could live with air mattress and a single bathroom, 8 is doable, too ! The place was immaculately clean when we checked in ... and someone had even made ice in the ice cube tray (though a couple more trays would be helpful!) ... so easy as can be. Great stay. Great hostess. Would absolutely stay there again (as my wife is planning to do w/other girlfriends someday soon...).

Will definitely stay here again. I felt very safe which is very important when traveling alone. Very clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Carlos's. The space was exactly like the photos, and we had more resources than we even planned on. It's a well-insulated basement space, so even on our last day when the weather was very warm outside, it was downright chilly inside. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, parking was easy to find with clear instructions provided, and enough space for what we needed. We realized our first night that we forgot toothpaste, and Carlos and his wife were so generous to bring some down for us to use until we could get to the store the next morning. Some other reviews mentioned the low ceiling, and while my husband is over 6 ft tall, he had no issues. The space was very affordable for the location, and Carlos and his family are gracious hosts. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

Stayed here and it was so cute and clean. Would book again next time I’m in the area! Host was also so friendly and responsive.

This home was perfect for our extended stay in Lake Geneva/Lake Como area. The pictures do not do it justice. We would come back for sure. The views of the peaceful lake are amazing. The front porch and patio are great for soaking in the local vibes and activity of this wonderful community. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home!!

Loved this house! It was in a great location, a few mins away from town, walking distance to Lake Como and super easy to find and navigate. Everyone had a great time. Only drawback was a tiny kitchen for multiple people but the rest of the living areas were great!

We had the Red House and the Blue Lakehouse for our group, and it was the perfect retreat. The Red House offers much-welcomed privacy when vacationing with a larger group. The bedroom has a nice desk for WFH professionals and a full kitchen with a coffee bar. It's a very cozy getaway!

We had a great stay at Lexi’s place. The view is great and the house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend!! There were plenty of beds, so no one had to share a bed, and incredible communal spaces - we loved gathering around the big dining room table for meals and then lounging in the living room. And the proximity to downtown Lake Geneva was great! It was easy and inexpensive to order Ubers to and from this location to go out on the town. Christopher and Kelsi are very kind and responsive communicators! Their instructions for check in and check out were clear and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Thanks for a great experience you two!!

Highly recommend James and his valley house! I've stayed here a number of times now while finding my own home and greatly enjoyed my time there. Everything in the listing is accurate and there is plenty to do and eat within walking distance from the house. It's on a peaceful street and quiet neighborhood which is great for walking. James was great throughout our stay and was always quick to respond with any questions or for anything we needed. We will certainly be back again !

We had an amazing stay at the Tailor House. The place was spotless and stylish. The perfect getaway. Colin was super communicative. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Such a great place! It was in a perfect location, quiet but close to Lake Geneva, Williams Bay and Delavan. The photos and description were accurate. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive. We will definitely be back when we are in the area and in need of an Airbnb.

This place was exactly what I was looking for a weekend with my girlfriend. It was super clean, premium environment, amazing view, and had all the things we would need for a weekend away from home!

perfect is the word! we very much enjoyed Chad and Morgan's place. everything as described or better. good location and all the amenities we needed. comfortable bed, nice towels, nice view, overall we were super pleased. definitely worth the stay.

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

The condo surpassed my expectations. It was peaceful and the furniture was amazingly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the L-shaped couch and over-stuffed chair. The master bedroom was large and had plenty of storage space. My kids took advantage of the TV being in the bedroom. The other bedroom was smaller, but very comfortable. I liked the additional pillows in the closet since some were more firm than others. The bathrooms were a bit outdated but not a big deal. The kitchen had everything as described. It was narrow, but it had all the space we needed. There was a washer and dryer which was an added bonus. The condo surroundings were perfect for us since there was so much green grass, rolling hills and trees. My kids wrapped themselves in blankets and rolled down the larger hill! The pool was in walking distance, and Nick had left pool noodles for guests which was a nice touch. As a host, Nick was great! Very responsive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We rented this entire house, both upper and lower units (separate listings) for our wedding across the street at South Shore Pavilion. This rental was outstanding and created a beautiful and stress free home-base for our wedding guests and weekend. The bridal party was able to get ready here before the ceremony and guests from out of town had clean private bedrooms to stay in. Awesome eclectic vibe and plenty of places to relax, with plenty of extra room. I recommend this rental to anyone spending an important weekend in Bayview, like a wedding. The next door neighbors were courteous and very tolerant of our busy weekend. Instructions were clear for how to stay out of their way and how to be good guests in the neighborhood of mostly homeowners. I would not consider this a “party house” given the context of the neighborhood and rather a beautiful relaxing domain to enjoy the best neighborhood in Milwaukee.

We enjoyed our stay here! It has a comfortable king bed and unique decor which made our visit fun. The location is very close to the lake and walkable to several downtown restaurants, coffee shops, Lake Geneva Shore Path and lake tour boats. We enjoyed getting custom-make breakfast wraps downstairs. We had a college reunion event at the Geneva Taphouse a couple blocks away. Lots to do and see in downtown Lake Geneva!

Nice comfortable space, and a good easy location. Walking distance from the lake. Space was even larger than it looked in the pictures, and clean and comfortable.
