It is also a 10-minute walk from the boat repair sites. It is on the 3rd floor of a former sail loft. Its size, brightness, calm and comfort (160 cm bed, full kitchen, etc.) make it very pleasant and welcoming. A large free parking lot (paid parking 06/15-09/15) is 50 m away.
