Situé au centre-ville de Concarneau, dans un quartier calme et paisible, l’appartement se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du port de plaisance, de la ville close, de la mer et des plages. Tous les commerces de proximité, bars et restaurants sont accessibles à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Marché couvert tous les matins : vous y trouverez d'excellents produits locaux et deux marchés par semaine (lundi et vendredi matin).
