In the front row facing the remarkable site of the Walled Town of Concarneau, in a secure building, very quiet apartment, not overlooked, on garden with balcony, terrace, completely renovated and equipped: a washing machine + dishwasher... 3 bikes available. This 2-room apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 with new materials and modern furnishings. The living space opens onto a pleasant 9 m² terrace.
