One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

the gite la Bergerie was created in an outbuilding of our beautiful Gers farmhouse dating from 1785, all in stone. we are located between Condom and Montréal du Gers, a few kilometers from the fortified village of Larressingle and a hundred meters from the Compostelle road cottages with a large living room with open kitchen and upstairs 2 comfortable bedrooms and a private pool. the cottage is classified 3 keys by Clévacances and 3 stars by Atout France.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Gite La Halippe: charming cottage in the countryside

Come and discover our haven in the Gers. At the end of a cul-de-sac is the La Halippe gîte. The cottage is located in an old barn independent of an old farm on an estate of 4 ha. The barn is completely renovated in 2022 with its exposed stones and beams. Outside there is a large terrace with magnificent views of the vineyards and the Saint-Pierre de Condom Cathedral

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
