As a couple we had a great time in this apartment. The place is cozy, very good quality and very clean. The bathroom is great and the bed is very comfortable. The little apple juice and cookies were a very pleasant plus. In addition, we were able to store the bikes we rented in a garage that we had autonomy Antoine and Claire welcomed us warmly and are kind and caring hosts. Claire drove us to the train station because we were walking and it was raining ropes, which was a great help, a thousand thanks. I would recommned this property.

hello, Benoît and Sandra's apartment is perfect for a long stay. Very accommodating. We lack nothing. Thank you very much for your welcome gift. Small message for travelers with pets to respect the premises, remove the carpets and the 3 decorations under TV. That's what we did as a precaution despite the wisdom of our pets. They may take revenge if you leave them alone. Perfect for 4 people and a baby. Land behind and in front not fenced to walk our dogs while picking up their needs. Private garage and secure location in front of the house. I highly recommend the Gervaisien apartment. Sandra runs a grocery store in the village and will welcome you with a big smile. 10 minutes from Beauval zoo, great location. There's everything you need to spend a night there. You can hear the other tenants in the neighboring rooms but for us it was rather quiet. Very happy stay.

We were only there for one day and it was the perfect spot, very spacious and clean, in the centre of this cute little town. It’d be great for a longer stay. Just downstairs and around the corner is the main road with all the shops and restaurants. We see no other reviews with a responsiveness issue, so we just got unlucky; we’d agreed on a 2:30pm check-in upon booking, we messaged the host the day of check-in at 9:30am to touch base, and she only replied an hour before check-in to inform us it wasn’t available until 3:30pm instead. We only had one day there and it caused us to rush through exploring one of the two castles we had planned on seeing. If you need a place to store your bags before the unit is available, take note it’s on the first floor in a communal space under the stairs to go up to the unit. It’s a very safe town but we just didn’t want to risk it so we put them on the staircase leading to the unit (3rd floor). Also FYI - The spiral staircase is very steep and narrow.

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

We spent 3 days at Lydie's. No complaints, everything was perfect! the house is great, very clean, very functional and the bedding is great! Parking large enough to park our long vehicle and enclosed garden for children. Lydie and her husband are super nice and very welcoming. I would highly recommend it

We had a very good stay with friends and our children. Christophe welcomed us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available if needed but everything necessary was already in place to have a good stay! I highly recommend it!

I stayed at Valérie's sweet cottage for 4 days in June, and everything was perfect. The setting is so lovely - it was truly hard to leave. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime soon. Thank you!

We had a great time at Chantal's place! The house is spacious (really perfect for 10 people), clean, well-equipped. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Special mention for the garden, impeccably maintained with lots of games for young and old. We can't help but enjoy it! I recommend 100%!

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic and very pleasant terrace in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.
