Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Conway

The house was exactly as described! It was very clean and comfortable!! In a great location and the lake outside was a plus!! So quiet and peaceful!! Karen is a great host!! We would definitely stay again!!

Our family of 6 had a great time at Julie's. The place was the right size, and we enjoyed the peaceful, smaller lake experience. If we return to the Hot Springs area, we will book this place again.

I love Hot Springs it’s such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. This Airbnb looked just like the photos. It was the perfect set up for families. The spacious and open concept was nice to play games and watch movies. Not to mention the fire pit for s’mores and fun basketball/fooseball table. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Debbie and Ken’s place was amazing! Holding true to the Airbnb’s roots- they greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was including the honey holes for fishing as well as generation/ water level safety and tornado shelter (we had a warning in the area! Was an adventure but luckily shelter not needed). Felt right at home to cook/ grill meals- has plentiful of kitchenware, dishes, spices, etc. Truly like staying at your favorite aunt/uncle’s home. The neighbors were super fun as well and invited us over for HH and snacks! The gardens were truly amazing- hosts are master gardeners and the property truly shines! Home was clean and had everything you can think of! Truly a gem in Heber Springs! We will be back!

Cool location on the river with a boat dock and kayaks! Its a new place with accoutrements all about the house. It's clean, roomy, and tranquil. Fast responses from the host, easy check-in! Thanks Lance

The house is awesome, it was very comfortable for four people, everything worked and the place was super clean. Very happy with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect! The house is close to many of the local attractions. We went crystal mining, explored downtown Hot Springs, hiked in the nearby State Park, and enjoyed the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Kevin and Erini are great hosts! They answered all our questions promptly and gave great recommendations. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Great little place out of the way in a quiet neighborhood. Margaret and Alfred were very friendly and proactive on communication. The house was nice, in an established neighborhood and I’m sure with some stories to tell. Close to interstate and restaurants while being tucked back away from too much traffic. Great for The kiddos, big yard, spacious TV room with kids toys and books. Just the right amount of furniture and everything was clean. On site laundry and extra towels and blankets. They even a soap dispenser with soap and shampoo in the showers. Plenty of dishes and cook ware, Coffee maker with coffee to boot. AC worked great and they had plenty of channels accessible on the TV. We left a phone and they offered to mail it to Texas. Really awesome people. Next time we’re in Little Rock “Jacob’s Place” is my first choice.

We had a quick overnight stay in Little Rock for a meeting early the next morning. We grabbed this place. Becca gave clear instructions on how to get in and where it was. We had no trouble finding the place. It's an upstairs apartment above some local businesses. The place was perfect for my business partner. The kitchen is beautiful, we could definitely use that if we were there longer. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice. We will definitely stay again next time we need an overnight in the Capital. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable; apartment was clean; beautifully decorated; fully stocked. This lovely little place would be great for ladies who are traveling alone as it's very secure (behind two locked doors), and right across the way from the Morrilton Police Dept. Surrounding area is quiet, and just around the block from a nice, little coffee shop. It's only just a few minutes to all major stores/restaurants. Hosts were very prompt in communication. I hope to stay again in the future - we enjoyed it so much.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

The Mills-Davis house is amazing! We felt very lucky to be able to experience such history in this magnificent house. The location is perfect and the neighborhood very walkable to restaurants, shops and museums, and the river. It is beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, the towels fluffy and the house was immaculate! So many nice amenities included like really good coffee and umbrellas to use made our stay so comfortable. Will definitely be back to stay on our next trip to LR.

This was such a cute spot for me and my kids to stay the night! It’s right on the lake with a beautiful view from the deck. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was clean and just as advertised.

Great communication with host, Robby even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We will 100% be staying at this location again. Great get away for the wife and I with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice home out of home!

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

This was a beautiful setting in Heber Springs located on the river. It was spacious, clean, and fit our family comfortably. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The dock was easily accessible with a view which made early morning fishing a great experience. We hope to be back with our family!

Great stay. We had 8 people and there was definitely enough space to spread out. The house was very clean . Check in was easy and the host was very responsive when we had any questions. Pool was excellent and the views cannot be beat. Would stay again.

Such a stunning place and gorgeous location! It was absolutely perfect for our leadership team retreat, both for our meeting times as well as when it was time to relax!
