Holiday rentals with a patio in Cookeville

The place was amazing. close to downtown and free parking. The place was very clean and affordable. Lots to see and about half and hour from Cookeville TN, about 30 minutes from Dale Hallow Lake which was a lot of fun.

The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved our stay. Would most definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place. The place is actually nicer than the pictures. The beds where some of the most comfortable we have come across. They had everything we needed plus. Love the shower, extra big with great water pressure and water temperature. Furniture was very comfortable and nice. Overall a very nice stay, this place deserves the 5 stars they get.

We were in town for a wedding. The venue was right next door! Very convenient. Clean. Great restaurant recommendations. Perfect location. Highly recommended.

The picture showed one of the rooms as having two twin beds. However both rooms had king size beds. Which worked out for us both others may want the two twin beds that reserve this room. Other than that, the place was amazing, Todd did great with communication and the amenities were fabulous. We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to visit family in the area.

This Arb&b was exactly what my daughter and I needed as we were in Cooksville from Arizona for her to play in a softball tournament as well, as for me as one of the coaches. From the cleanliness of the kitchen to the coziness of the living room topped off with the comfort of the bed to the pristine bathroom/laundry room this space was perfect. Location was spot on five minutes from downtown and four minutes from the softball complex. We were able to get groceries and prepare meals to eat there or take with us as we were out at the ballfields. I will definitely be staying here again if we come back to play next year. Not only was our home away from home everything we asked for more, but it was also nice to actually meet Abby and the kids as we were out for a walk. Sealed the deal! Highly recommend this place. Five out of five stars for us!

I personally enjoyed it ever everyone else that was with me did too. It was a very beautiful house. I love that it was music themed, and it was like old timey. I will definitely be coming back because of how beautiful and just how peaceful the house in the area is.

The Dock house was so cute, cozy, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The furniture was comfy, the porch was relaxing, and we had everything we possibly needed for cooking meals or relaxing. Great recommendations on dinner options, and so convenient to Burgess Falls. Amy was great. She left perfect instructions, and checked in to see how we were. Our weekend away was the perfect getaway.

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

From the moment we arrived, Amy's Artist's Retreat felt like a home away from home. Her artistic touches were everywhere, but especially in the kitchen and bathroom which both featured her beautiful handmade tiles. We like to cook, and the kitchen was large and easy to navigate. The beds were super comfy with lots of nice pillows and soft sheets. The house location looks at first like it's a bit off the beaten path, but we actually realized that it was very convenient to many of the lake places we wanted to visit. She was helpful in recommending some great hidden treasures, too. We especially enjoyed the Appalachian Craft Center nearby, lake boating, and swimming. The back porch is a relaxing hangout offering more artistic touches and an incredible view of the night sky filled with stars and lightening bugs. We plan to visit again for sure. I am a regular AirBNB guest and would rate Amy in the top 5 friendliest and most helpful hosts of all time!

We had another great stay here. It is always very clean and we feel right at home. The neighborhood is a great place to walk. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place for a quick overnight in Cookeville. The house was warm and welcoming, and all the lights were on when we arrived and it was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay. There were tons of free onsite activities for the kids and we had a wonderful time.

This place had a lot more room than expected with the downstairs area. Spacious bedrooms and the extra space downstairs is perfect for large families. Very convenient location, felt very private even connected on one side. Views of lake were peaceful. Elizabeth was friendly and returned calls almost immediately. Very responsive on AirBnB messages.

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

Jodie was amazing. The cleanliness and broken fridge, broken bed and broken TV was out of her control due to the prior guests. She informed me before hand and I was aware and it didn't make our stay any less amazing. The view is great and the condo is Beautiful and updated. I will stay at Jodies place again in the future.

The owner, Shuli, couldn't have been more responsive. At every step in the process, Shuli reached out and offered her assistance. Our check-in was seamless, and somehow, Shuli could provide an upgraded suite that had become available. I wanted to give her and her properties a higher rating than 5 stars, but that's the top tier. We will certainly work with her again on our next golf trip to Fairfield Glades.

Elizabeth and her husband Wade were the absolute greatest, they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their place was spotless, super relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They were also amazing with communication, so friendly and helpful the whole time. Also, we can't say enough about the breakfast that Elizabeth made every morning, it was absolutely delicious and was such a special touch. We had the best time and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially if you're wanting to spend time on the water. We can't wait to book again.
