Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cook's Bay

The host is really friendly and informative. The host gave a really wholesome welcome message when I checked in. The house was really clean.

Elias' place was a wonderful getaway for our group of 3 families. We all have toddler aged children, the space is very accommodating for them, the beach is 30 seconds walk away from the home and there are children's toys and books that Elias offered for us to share in. The water is really nice, great dock access. About 2ft deep at the dock and fairly weedy, you have to swim out about 30-40m to get to deeper water for a nice swim. The paddleboard worked really well for us! Outdoor patio space is fantastic, there is a large umbrella for shade for the sectional and the outdoor dining table. BBQ, outdoor shower, swing, children swings and slide, and fire pit all made for a very pleasant experience. Hot tub was lovely and comfortably sits 4. Kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, has everything you might need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Elias was great and communicative, we look forward to our next stay!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

We have been to a lot of different airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of our favorites. Alison was very easy to deal with and communicate with. This house is in a great location and just about a hundred meters to Lake simcoe. The house is small but very functional for our family of two adults and two children. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and they even lent my children golf clubs and fishing rods to go fishing. You can tell this is not a property just for Airbnb, as it felt like a home that someone lives in. It was cosy and verything was spotless . We were hoping to stay another month but it was already booked. We will be back again.

Anastasia was a fantastic host—responsive, supportive and accommodating throughout the duration of my stay. The residence is located in a quaint and pleasant neighborhood. Further, the pictures advertised don’t do this space justice. It’s well kept and looks much better in-person. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Absolutely amazing stay, Tristan’s place truly went above what our expectations were and blew us away, amazing balcony that was private and quiet, clean rooms, lots to do in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ollie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We loved the log cabin and all their recommendations were exceptional. We will be back!!!

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Loved our stay! Place was spotless and just as described, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Unfortunately the Nature Preserve was closed during our stay, and the pool was closed for maintenance, but Lina was accommodating otherwise. One thing to note is that the unit is right next to a stairwell exit, so if you have a sensitive dog like ours, they may be disturbed by some noises. Thanks again for the great stay!

I cannot recommend Michelle’s condo enough!! It was beautifully furnished, full stocked with everything we needed and came with a ton of extras like extra fluffy towels and a complimentary bottle of wine. It truly was one of the most luxurious places I have stayed and Michelle was so responsive with any questions we had, you will not be disappointed if you book here!

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had the best time playing tennis and basketball, going in the pool and sauna. The pool is cool which was so nice after getting super hot in the sauna. 10/10 recommend. The inside was beautiful and relaxing, felt like a perfect getaway and we will be back for sure! We had the best time at this lovely place. Deborah and Ross are amazing hosts and incredibly kind people. Thank you for everything :) the place is also super clean and feels like home! If you are bothered by bugs, don’t miss out to visit the lovely little store ‘zebra with a different stripe’ to get some great all natural bug spray!

A Perfect Escape — Peaceful and Restorative I spent a few days at this beautiful farmhouse with my daughter, and it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of calm. The space was private, quiet, and surrounded by nature — the kind of peaceful that lets you finally exhale. We walked, we talked, we simply were — without noise, without distraction. It gave us time to reconnect and just enjoy each other’s company in a way that everyday life doesn’t always allow. The setting was thoughtfully maintained and felt like a true retreat. If you’re looking for a pause from the chaos, a reset, or simply time to be with someone you love in a beautiful space — this place is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Rana was an excellent host who was very responsive, friendly, understanding and super helpful! The cabin was exactly as described and better! A cosy unit perfect for a couple and the location was just perfect! I will most definitely come back👊🏾 and highly recommend it to others who are looking for a cute, quiet, getaway!

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.

House was incredible, Sandy was great to deal with, everything was spotless. Couldn't say enough good things about the house. Propane ran out and there wasn't a spare but no big deal just moved to stove top. Beach wasn't exactly a beach but no complaints really, would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Olga's, it was comfortable and convenient. The walkout basement was great to access the backyard to take the dogs outside. Thanks again!
