Holiday rentals with breakfast in Coolbaugh Township

We had a wonderful time at Marko's house. He was very responsive to all my questions, before and during our stay. The house was exactly as described and the amenities were fantastic. We had everything we needed to make this an amazing get away. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of exploring or shopping; 2 fire pits (1 inside and out) were great to give different groups places to sit and chat. One of my favorite parts was the huge playroom, used primarily by the kids. That room had a small fridge that we stocked with snacks so the kids don't have to run up every 5 minutes for something. Overall, we had a wonderful time welcoming 2025.

The location was wonderful, and my friends and I had a fantastic time. The area was clean and looked beautiful. I will stay there again when I visit Pennsylvania.

We had a great family stay and Oleg was a great host. We had a few issues with a broken crib and safety gate and a few other maintenance items when we checked in and he was quick to respond and take care of any issues we brought to his attention. Overall very positive experience. We had enough room to hangout as a full family without feeling on top of each other. Beds were comfortable and we had any creature comforts we could want. Would happily stay again. Noteworthy negatives: the layout is a little choppy and the sunken living room is two steps down without a railing. It was tricky for a guest with limited mobility. The path to the lake is very steep but, again, this is only an issue for someone with limited mobility. Cleaning inside the house was decent but the decks and front steps could use a power wash along with the kayaks. The kayaks were pretty filthy. For us, it didn't make or break anything but it could be a big bummer for someone raring to get on the lake.

This place was very special, stunning inside & out! Provided every single thing listed! Linens, bedding towels, body wash shamp/cond. The works🎉we felt right at home & comfortable right away. We look for children/pet friendly places-Jackpot! The view is so worth it! I cant wait to go back when Its warmer and we can jump in the lake! This place was a big hit for us! Beautiful views! The fishing for our kids was the best! It was spacious giving my family and friends avenues of escape if they wanted -very clean. The indoor pool around the corner was a huge hit with the kids & adults(bar window right there and grill) The entire place exceeded our expectations. The fireplace(S)!!!Jacuzzi!, living room(S) were amazing! fireplace huge tv big couch in master suite-Amazing! Was all a girl could dream of on vacation. The walk from the gorgeous porch, to the long path leading to the dock & water was Heaven. Our Host was MORE than accommodating and gracious to our family. A trip we wont forget 💜

If you’re looking for a quiet get away to enjoy with family and friends this is your place! Great amenities at the house and surrounding area. Travis’s home is great for a long weekend getaway or a week vacation in the mountains. He is a great communicator, very responsive and goes above and beyond for his guests! Highly recommended this house!

The Tiffany Suite was beautiful and luxurious, and the grounds were so peaceful, including the private hot tub. Julia & Stan were kind and welcoming hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. They served us a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning and gave us a great dinner recommendation less than 5 minutes away. Treat yourself to this lovely romantic getaway! We would love to come back!

An amazing, beautiful and secluded getaway that recharges and enriches the soul.

My husband & I stayed three nights at Cherry Valley Manor B&B, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The house is very finely and beautifully decorated and kept with a lot of care and pride. Everything was sparkling, including Stan’s personality! We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. We stayed in the Serenity Suite upstairs which has an entryway, bedroom, sitting room and bath. The room was very nicely decorated, with a really comfortable bed and cozy linens. The en suite bath was also very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The shower was amazing as was the jetted tub! We were very pleased with our room. The outdoor grounds are beautifully manicured with lots of flowers and quiet places to sit and relax. We didn’t find time for the swimming pool but it looked clean and inviting. We enjoyed sitting in the lighted gazebo each night after returning from dinner. Stan and Julia’s breakfast and presentation is an absolute dream! Stan makes great coffee and Julia is a wonderful chef; the three-course breakfasts are scrumptious! Breakfast is definitely a highlight where both Stan and Julia go out of their way to make sure you have the most lovely dining experience to start your day. We chose this part of Pennsylvania, the Pocono Mountains and Delaware Water Gap area because we enjoy exploring waterfalls and hiking. Cherry Valley Manor B&B is in a perfect location with quick access to a myriad of outdoor activities and lots of great little breweries and shops. Stan was very helpful in recommending some wonderful restaurants, there’s so many nearby. We especially enjoyed our meals at Thai Thani, which we would highly recommend, and Garlic Steak & Seafood, where we enjoyed our anniversary dinner. (TIP: The Black Jack appetizer is incredible!) We would highly recommend Cherry Valley Manor B&B for a quiet, relaxing couples getaway and would absolutely love to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I visited Julia & Stan's home as a weekend getaway for my birthday and had the most amazing time. The house/room were beautifully decorated and clean and the breakfast was so delicious! Julia and Stan made us feel at home within minutes of arriving. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Dogs are well behaved and like people. They are kept away unless you are Ok meeting them. if you are an animal lover this is an excellent place

Maureen and Tom were outstanding hosts. They put a lot of time and care into the details of their bnb, which made it fun an enjoyable, and a real treat. Everything from the decor to the breakfast was excellent. Hope to be back there soon.

We had a very romantic weekend at this Bed and Breakfast. It was our first time ever staying at one, and hope to return in the future. It felt like the perfect getaway and place to just focus on each other, and the Jacuzzi tub was phenomenal.

We had a great weekend at Moira's clean and comfortable place in the Poconos. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and overall the house was clean and accurately described in the listing. The surroundings are peaceful and wooded and the location is close to towns, restaurants, and activities. When we had any questions, Moira or one of her co-hosts were quickly responsive and resolved issues. We would book this house again!
