Holiday rentals with lake access in Coolbaugh Township

Linda’s place was a wonderful retreat for our family of three for a long weekend. The house was as advertised- well furnished and was peaceful (especially in the snow!). We appreciated the clear communication and also the kid-friendly touches that made traveling with a three year old easier. Would love to visit again— thanks for the great stay and memories!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect, last minute getaway weekend spot! Susan was responsive from the beginning and throughout our stay. The home is immaculately clean. My husband fished all weekend and caught several fish:) Sunrises from the primary bedroom and the screened in porch were a beautiful way to wake up. The weather was cool so we didn’t have bug issues but some of the screens probably need to be repaired for warmer days when you want to open the windows on the porch. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all of our meals in so we could enjoy the lake view. If you’re planning on cooking, you may want to bring some Tupperware. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed which was exactly what we were hoping for.

Stayed here for a retreat with the board of my college radio station. We had loads of fun even with the subpar weather. Sleeping arrangements were no issue even with 12 people, and the house's amenities (fire pit, hot tub, game room, grills especially) were of great use. Would absolutely choose to come back if we do the same trip next year :)

We had an amazing experience this past weekend at the lake house. Michael was very responsive and the house was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the game room even the men got the full throw back experience with the GameCube while it was raining! The lake was perfect and there was plenty of life jackets and water toys for us to enjoy. The community is huge but quiet, a great place to bring the kids for a getaway. We didn’t catch anything fishing but the view alone with the kayaks and canoe was great. It was peaceful, would definitely go again!

I cannot speak more highly of Malka, truly! We were in a unique situation and she was unbelievably kind and helpful for the situation we were in. Her generosity brought me to tears and salvaged our getaway for Mother’s Day weekend! We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s traveling across the country, twice! but this will always be the most memorable because of HER and the home she opens up to people. It’s absolutely beautiful!! Don’t hesitate, book it! 🥰

Had such an amazing long weekend away at this beautiful apartment! Mary and her wife were easily accessible and answered any questions we had! Loved the board games and TV selection to make rainy days on the lake more fun and comfortable! The hot tub was awesome and the views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend for a getaway! Mary also recommended Jim Thorpe which was such a cute day out! Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, just like the photos showed. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and comfortable amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. We had another Airbnb booked and the place was a disaster. I found Heather and Isabella's condo online and reached out to them, hoping they could accommodate a last minute one night stay. Heather was tremendous! She confirmed, al.ost immediately, that they could. We had multiple texts as she helped me get it set up and get us into the condo. Once there, the place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and the grill was a great plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.

Perfect home base for Pocono outdoor activities! Our family had a wonderful stay here. The condo is cozy, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. This is clearly a treasured family vacation home, not a used-and-abused party house (plenty of those in the Poconos, sadly). It's a short 5-minute drive to Big Boulder, one of my favorite low-key local ski spots. A surprise perk was the free firewood provided by the community; after a long day on the slopes, it's lovely to relax by a crackling fireplace. For EV drivers, there is a bank of 5 or 6 chargers a short walk down the parking lot. We visited over a holiday weekend and never had to wait for a charger.

Check in was easy, Rob's place was clean and very nice after a long day of skiing! Would definitely stay again.

Great time with family- rained the entire time- best rainy vacation ever! We enjoyed fishing on the lake, hot tub was great, playing pool, family game nights and nearby hiking to waterfalls. Great family spot to bring dogs…Scottish terrier could do the spiral stairs immediately, big wirehaired pointer took a couple of days to conquer the stairs but he Did It! I would highly recommend if you want to spend time with family in a relaxing atmosphere!

Allison’s place is perfect if you’re looking for a cute cozy space to unwind and relax. Her place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. She’s more than willing to help with anything you need while you’re there too! Overall great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at Erica’s place. First was just my husband and myself, this time we brought our older two kids (7 & 9) we were extremely comfortable in the house. Beds are comfy, nice small kitchen, tv and living area we could play board games. The fire pit was a hit with the kids as well. We also had a freak storm during our visit where a tree fell on the property and Erica and her husband were able to be reached immediately and were foremost concerned for our safety and easy to communicate with. Both of our stays were comfortable and we would stay again. Very reasonable and comfortable cottage.

Sue’s place was relaxing, cozy and spacious. Our girls enjoyed spending time in the hot tub since it was a chilly Memorial Day weekend. The bonus living room was nice and it was convenient how people at the dining room table could converse with those in the kitchen and/or living room. Some airbnbs we’ve stayed at have separate dining rooms, so we liked this. There could be some minor improvements like adding a cutting board and steak knives in the kitchen but overall we would highly recommend and plan on visiting again soon!

This is a very clean house to stay in! It is as the description says recently renovated! It had plenty of space for us! We enjoyed seeing the deer from the outdoor patio area! Would recommend choosing this house if you need a place to stay in this area!

Everything was just right and matched what is in the photos. The guide book provided was so helpful to know how everything worked in the house and how to access the lake. The property was easy to find, full of wildlife to watch, clean inside, and had all the amenities of home.

The cabin and surrounding area was so beautiful and Karan was a dream host! Would absolutely stay here again and again.

Stayed for a long girls weekend with 5 of us and the house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and decent privacy with trees surrounding you. Lots of things to do right in the home between the hot tub, tons of games, air hockey table, pac man arcade game, corn hole and more. Loved the private balcony’s. There are Premium Outlets about 20 minutes away with lots of popular stores to shop in with a cafeteria full of food options to choose from. Rosa was very responsive when we had questions and easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at Rosa’s place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean home with lots of things for kids to enjoy and even adults.
