We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
