Charming Cosy Cottage

The Old Cottage Annexe is our cosy and quirky 17th Century one-bedroom attached annexe. After a two-year renovation throughout our home and annexe, we’re excited to be hosting again! You'll love our 'one-up-one-down' style cottage, providing a unique 'home-from-home' experience within the beautiful market town of Hadleigh, Suffolk. Whether you are an individual, or couple, looking for a base, you'll enjoy making the annexe your home. We look forward to welcoming you to Hadleigh!

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

You will have loads to keep you busy or wind down and relax on the patio and take in the bird song. With 3 traditional country pub that serve food and the Stutton community centre that sells local produce you will be stuck for choice!

The Sunset Nook

The Sunset Nook is a heavenly hideout uniquely positioned for easy access to both Ipswich railway station (just 10 minutes away) and the entire Suffolk coast, including the popular small town of Woodbridge (named by The Times newspaper as one of the happiest towns in Britain). Here you will find the perfect bolt hole, whether you’re on your own for a business meeting in Ipswich or Colchester, or for a spontaneous romantic weekend away.

Chestnut Cottage is a fully detached self contained bungalow. The main kitchen and living area is a light and fresh open plan space with a side door for entry and French doors opening on to your own private courtyard garden which is south facing. The kitchen has a full size oven and ample space and units a fridge freezer and microwave

Two bedroom apartment, open plan living space featuring oak beams and balcony that backs on to the River Orwell. The building is grade 2 listed and has an interesting history. Two-minute walk to the marina and the busy waterfront with many bars, restaraunts and coffee shops. Only 10-minute walk to the town centre.
