Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to our lovely bright annex , here it is possible to stay in a 3 minute walk down to Utterslev bog, with its own entrance and terrace, which can be used by guests. Our home is located with only 5 km to the center of Copenhagen and there are buses from the front door and directly into Copenhagen city center. The annex has a private bathroom and a kitchenette where it is possible to prepare smaller meals. It is possible to sleep up to 4 people, 2 people on the loft and sofa bed respectively.

The apartment has a short distance to almost everything your heart desires, including metro and bus within 20 meters; only 1 min. by metro to Nørreport St. ("Strøget", the main shopping street in Copenhagen), 18 min. by metro to the airport and 7 min. by bus to the CPH Central Station.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. Cosy apartment with new balcony in Nørrebro

My apartment is placed at the center of Nørrebro; close to shopping, bars, cafés and cultural sights such at H.C. Andersen's tomb. It has an amazing view to the Town Hall Tower where its possible to see the fireworks from Tivoli. It has a brand new balcony overlooking the big and green courtyard. Since the apartment is my private home no parties are allowed. It is easily accessible from the airport: you can take the metro and get of at "Forum" or the 5A bus and get of at "Elmegade".
