Welcome to a newly built and modern apartment overlooking the city's towers, south-facing balcony, and magical sun ups and downs directly from the living room. The spacious living room has an open kitchen and dining area, and the apartment has two double bedrooms as well as a bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, elevator, and free parking on weekends. Walking distance to the city center (20 min) and metro (10 min). This special home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

This historical place from 1735 will bring you back in time. Right in the center of Cph. It is 41 sqm. Very cosy, but small. Watch your head when you go through the doors. Since it is small we don't have a closet, but shelfs and hangers for your clothes. Please be aware that the shower cabin is narrow 55x80x191 cm= 2x3 feet (20inch. wide x 30inch. deep). The bedroom has a 120x200 cm bed and the livingroom has two sleeping couches. Ideal for 2 or 2 adults+1 child, max 3 adults. Not for parties.

Copenhagen Cosiness - best location and so nice!

Copenhagen is the happiest capital in the world! This newly decorated two room apartment has a prime location in the old Latin quarters. So close to everything that even short walks will take you around the whole of inner city. In the street you can rent a bike - and two metro stations are very close (7 min walk). Restaurants and shopping just around the corner. The building itself is heritage listed and from 1797!. On the inside though it is very modern with a “new Scandinavian” style.
