Maldon is one of Wallaroo's old lime stone & granite cottages. A privately owned cottage so centerally located you can leave your car and walk to almost everything & has just undergone a total revitalization right through out in refeashing and family friendly decor. The back yard bosts has an awesome Alfrasco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surrounds. Many extras at no extra cost.

Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

The house accomodated our party of six very comfortably. The kids enjoyed the Nintendo Switch and table tennis. Adults appreciated the separate living spaces when needed. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. Plenty of space to park more than one vehichle if planning a stay with friends or family. Very clear instructions left in the house. We felt welcome and looked after.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place! She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit—always happy to recommend great local restaurants and places to explore. The house was exactly as shown in the images—beautifully decorated, peaceful, and very relaxing. We absolutely loved the aesthetic touches that made the space feel so warm and inviting. Great location, clean and large rooms really close to the beach. Perfect for a short term stay. Only issue was the noise, these rooms are located directly above a formal function space so the music was very loud on just one of the nights (Saturday) when they were clearly hosting a function. The other nights were fine.
