Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

Susan is a fantastic host. From the moment I reserved my stay, I was able to communicate fast and efficiently with her. This was a first time stay Silverthorne as I normally stay closer to the mountains. The house is spectacular. It is larger than the photos and was spotless. The kitchen was supplied with anything you could possibly need and the layout was fantastic. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and blanked for any person. The two car garage was such a great add in. The sonos in the family room was perfect for watching movies. No wonder Susan has five stars!

This is the second spring break we have spent at this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time here just as much this time as we did last year. It’s truly a clean, lovely space with spectacular views.

We enjoyed our stay. We got unlucky with our week being when blacktopping was scheduled and we had to park at the entrance to the neighborhood and walk to the house. It wasn’t a big deal. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor table could be bigger with the number of people the house holds…probably only an issue in the summer We were appreciative to have a gas grill and used it several times. We enjoyed being able to use the pool and pickleball courts after our day activities. We only used the hot tub once as our weather was pretty warm. I’m sure it would be used a lot more in the Winter during ski season. I expected a shorter walk to the village. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the house. There is a shuttle stop near the house but we just walked or drove to the village.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

We loved staying here and several of us plan on coming back to stay again. We came as a group of 6 girlfriends, from around the US, to spend an extended weekend away together and loved how comfortable, open, peaceful, and conveniently close to trails, lake Dillon, as well as Keystone, Breck, and Silverthorne. We slept comfortably and loved the seating on the deck where we could see the lake and were surrounded by trees. Leslie was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and provided the best rejuvenating weekend away.

The appliances all worked. The Kitchen was well equipped with knives silverware dishes cups and tools. The hot tub was excess easy to use. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The location is two minutes from grocery store and two ski shops very nearby. Several restaurants near the Grocery Store and the gas grill worked perfectly. Views are beautiful. Driveway is not paved. Jason was an excellent host easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in Silverthorne for our first time visiting this beautiful mountain town. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The amenities were great, and all the appliances felt brand new. One of our favorite features was the stunning terrace with incredible views – perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially as we were celebrating a birthday, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable mountain getaway!

Great location in Summit County - perfect for our family weekend! We rented during shoulder season but this would be a great spot for ski season or a summer getaway to the mountains. Great kitchen - everything you need to cook in and also close to grocery store’s & restaurants.

This place was awesome . It was very clean and felt like you were in your own home . There was plenty of amenities which a lot of Airbnb’s don’t supply but this had place everything you could think of . Kristin was very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better host . Highly recommending staying here !!

Wish we could have stayed longer. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. There was a welcome basket waiting for us as well as wonderful amenities to enjoy. Super easy to walk to great restaurants and shops in Frisco. We enjoyed time in Breck as well as Pug Ryan's Tiki Bar on Lake Dillon which are all an easy drive from this beautiful townhome. We highly recommend this spot the next time you visit Frisco.

All around wonderful home that could not be more conveniently located. We were traveling from Saint Louis to Reno and this was the halfway point to break up the trip. Parking the car and walking to everything for a few days was exactly what we were after and exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home was great, and the location was just outside of the hustle and bustle, which aided with relaxation after a long day on the slopes. The open floor plan was an element that made us feel right at home.

This house is incredible!! Location is awesome and it is perfect for a family, group, friends, etc. the interior is darling and convenient . Everything you need for your stay. We loved every second! We will be back. The hosts are so kind and easy to communicate with—thank you for all the memories!!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Jessica’s place was perfect for our family, and maybe the most responsive/helpful host we’ve had so far. The house is unique and stands out from other typical mountain cabins. Tons of natural light and beautiful design, and wonderful amenities like the pizza oven and sauna. Can’t recommend the cabin or Jessica as host any higher!

Beautiful house with plenty of beds and sleeping space for a large group. Great for winter ski trips or summer hiking trips! Would recommend AWD vehicles for getting up to the house and out of the driveway in the winter. Road to the house can get a little rugged after heavy snowfall. Great house and great host!

The house was perfect for our group of 11. The main area accommodated our large group of adults and kids. The kitchen was ideal for preparing meals for all. Thanks for letting us use it. We all agreed we would come back.

Beautiful home! Great kitchen with everything we needed, even spices, oils, paper products, etc. The hot tub and heated area was amazing and perfect after a long day on the mountain. Location was great to access the different ski resorts. Very clean and lovely decor.

Great spot for a Frisco stay. We stayed with our 9-month old daughter and my parents who are in their 70s. Very comfortable and clean. River just off the back deck is beautiful - easy to sit and watch the world go by for a while. Joclyn was very responsive, and everything was expected. Highly recommend.

Ian was a great host and we really enjoyed our time. It sleeps our whole group very comfortably and had a big patio and main room to hang out in.
