Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Located just outside of downtown Coquille (2.5 mi), private road where you can enjoy the tranquility of county life. Recently renovated cottage with two bedrooms each with a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Fully furnished kitchen and comfortable living spaces. This cottage is on an 8 acre parcel that you’re welcome to experience. The owners may be on the other side of the property tending to the horses.

The studio is located in a residential area close to Cape Arago Highway and stores. Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time. Our “Victorian Skoolie” and Rpod also available at an additional charge of $50 per night per space and sleeps 2 each.
