I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.

The house is as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. It is not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience

Giovanna's accommodation was one of the best seen so far, the house matches the photos and the stay is exceptional, private and with a beautiful garden to enjoy an aperitif in addition to the possibility of barbecuing.

The condominium context is quiet, in a convenient area for services, with practical free parking. Main services also within walking distance. Antonio is an exceptional host! Responsive to messages, very kind, extremely helpful and attentive, ready to give advice and clear in directions. Very simple check-in. I felt at home. Everything is perfect, highly recommended!
