Sehr schönes Haus, das in allen Bereichen sehr schön renoviert und geräumig ist. Herauszuheben ist der große Pool, den alle sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist prinzipiell sehr ruhig in den bewaldeten Bergen gelegen. Vom Städtchen im Tal bis zum Haus sind es 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Tagesausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und ans Meer sind gut machbar. Eine Empfehlung ist auch die Grotta del Vento. Wir hatten eine Woche super Wetter mit Temperaturen von 33 bis 38 Grad. Das war grenzwertig, weil das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat. Heißt morgens gleich alles lüften, um dann bis abends alles dunkel zu verschließen. Nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen ist obligatorisch. Was zu dem einen für uns relevanten Kritikpunkt führt, denn die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft bellen die ganze Nacht, was selbst die Tiefschläfer genervt hat. Würden wir mit zwei Kindern wiederkommen, ja wahrscheinlich, aber nicht im August.

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Jonny und Susanne sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben viel Herzblut in die Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses gesteckt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns ☺️ Abends kommen die Insekten, aber das ganze Haus hat Fliegengitter und draußen gibt es einen Verdampfer gegen Mücken, sodass man ohne Stiche die lauen Sommernächte draußen sitzen und die Glühwürmchen beobachten kann 🥰

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Se cerchi un posto speciale la casa di Emma è la casa giusta! La casa è veramente bella, curata, interessante e piena di personalità. La vista dalla camera da letto un sogno. Gli spazi esterni non mancano... dal piccolo terrazzino, alla panchina al sole per non parlare del giardino. E per chi ama la musica tante bellissime chitarre. Il paese è bellissimo, senza auto (che si parcheggia all'inizio del paese). La pace, il silenzio e le rondini ti terranno compagnia. E poi c'è Mony che sarà sempre disponibile e risponderà a qualsiasi domanda. Gestisce l'unico bar del paese dove potrai fare aperitivi rilassanti e sentirti sempre il benvenuto come fossi di casa. Non lascairti sfuggire nel week end la pizza preparata da Mony, cosi buona!!!! Farò di tutto per tornare qualche giorno in questo angolo di paradiso!!! Grazie Emma per la tua ospitalità.

Twee weken konden wij van deze geweldige plek genieten. Tijdens onze eerste rit naar boven werden we al betoverd door de schoonheid van de omgeving. Het huis van Lara ligt op een open plateau omringt met bomen. Het is een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Het uitzicht vanaf de tuin en je balkon is gericht op Tassilico. Een dorp waar je heen kunt wandelen. Verni is een zeer charmant dorp waar je heerlijk, vanuit het huis, naar toe kunt lopen. En je kunt bij Lara, laat het haar weten, een heerlijke huis gemaakte avondmaal en/of lunch eten. Op een leuk plein staat je tafel gedekt en je geniet, voortreffelijk! Voelt als thuis. Lara is een zeer vriendelijke vrouw en staat altijd voor je klaar. Heeft hele leuke tips om in de buurt te ontdekken. En er zijn vanuit het huis meerdere wandel routes te ontdekken. Via komoot hebben we routes ontdekt, in meerdere lengtes. Wij raden het huis van Lara absoluut aan, als we een 6 konden gegeven!!

Maika e’ stata un’host molto precisa, puntuale e disponibile. Oltre a permetterci di anticipare il check-in, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per arrivare. La casa corrispondeva alle foto, molto in ordine e, elemento fondamentale per me e la mia famiglia, molto pulita! E’ stato un soggiorno piacevole che ci ha permesso di visitare molti posti nei dintorni. Un alloggio indicato per chi ha voglia di staccare la spina e immergersi nella natura.

We felt very comfortable at the house. It's located in a friendly little neighbourhood, quiet and nice for the kids with the little playground in front. Fabio and his wife are good hosts, we had a very good welcome and also a little gift and the house was exactly like on the fotos and very clean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Sara was immediately helpful and proactive, helping me to find the place and sending exact coordinates. There was plenty of room to park which was delightful coming from Milan. Her folks from nearby met me to show me around and give me the keys. The house was big, beautiful and clean and very well stocked with all the necessities. Since I was alone, I stayed in an upstairs single with a gorgeous balcony with a stunning view of a classic medieval Italian hill town. I met the locals and they were super nice- I even went on a hike with one who showed me the beautiful stream valley (the Ania). The terrain and culture is absolutely storybook! Made lots of forays to Barga for dinner and entertainment. Wonderful time thank you Sara and Paolo Great WiFi too!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alessandro und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr privat gelegen und wunderschön. Der Garten ist riesig und der Pool super für warme Tage. Gerne wieder!!

Jag vill instämma i alla positiva recensioner. Giuliana och hennes ställe är båda lika fantastiska. Vi spenderade en vecka i juni detta härliga hus och njöt av det fina huset och poolen. Vi hade bil vilket underlättar för mathandlingen på Esselunga 5 min bort med bil. Giuliana är mycket hjälpsam oavsett vad man behöver hjälp med! En verkligt god värd som tar hand om dina gäster. Det var långt över vår förväntan! En positiv överraskning var Tenuta di Tramonte som är granne med fastigheten. En mycket bra middag i en fantastisk miljö! Missa inte den möjligheten. Närheten till Lucca är också en fördel. Vi trivdes mycket bra i den relativt lugna staden. Hyra cykel och cykla runt stadsmuren är en härlig utflykt. Byn Moriano är också mysig. Mycket lugn! Trevlig liten marknad på torget på tisdagar. Vi hoppas komma tillbaka!

Paola’s place was absolutely perfect. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by her and her parents (who also live on the grounds but do absolutely not bother you). The reception was kind and we immediately felt at home. She and her father have great recommendations for food, hikes and handy places to park the car when visiting Florence and Pisa. The accommodation was clean and has everything that you need (we only brought clothes and everything else was present). It is a calm place to relax and we’ve spent a perfect week at Paola’s place. 10/10 experience.
